Vardagsrummet har en plattskĂ€rms-TV bredvid en vacker vedeldad spis. Det finns en Playstation 3 som spelar Blu-ray och DVD-skivor. Det finns en queen size-bĂ€ddsoffa och den stora stolen drar ut i en enkelsĂ€ng. Extra lakan och filtar finns i garderoben. Den privata balkongen ligger strax utanför vardagsrummet och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt ïżœïżœver Keystone Lake. PĂ„ vintern har du utsikt över skridskoĂ„kning och hockey, och under sommaren ser du mousserande vatten med kanotpaddling och njut av paddla bĂ„tar.

Not comfortable

We specifically choose listings that say no pets because I am VERY allergic. Upon arrival, immediately noticed animal hair on 2 out of the 3 chairs/couches in the living room. The 3rd one was leather so we could at least utilize the living room. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable because it is a pull out. The windows (main feature) of the unit were filthy. Absolutely disgusting. I seriously contemplated going to purchase cleaners so that I could enjoy the view more! The coffee pot never gets hot. Lukewarm at best. The bed is the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. Between not being able to breathe (because of the aforementioned animals) and the hard bed, I'm surprised I slept a wink all weekend. The location is awesome. The check-in/management company were easy to deal with. It was nice there were elevators in the building. We were pleased with parking and ease of access. The view was amazing. The patio (although the chairs were in disrepair) was still incredibly enjoyable. Property lacks attention to detail overall.

Great Get-Away Spot!

The property location is beautiful. Grounds are well-maintained and Unit was lovely, clean and comfortable. Views from living room, bedroom and balcony are gorgeous. Unit was quiet and private. The kitchen was well-stocked and the with dishes, utensils and cookware. Living room furniture was dated but clean and comfortable. Updates in kitchen and vanity counters and tub surround were beautiful. Heating unit worked well. The mattress had depressed areas on each side, but was comfortable. Linens and blankets were clean and comfortable. There was no barbecue grill on balcony as pictured in photo, but a grill was available in the center courtyard. All was in working order and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again. The Summit rental agency was professional and regularly checked on the quality of our visit. They made themselves available if needed. Very nice!

Beautiful Mountain Stay

This was a GORGEOUS full apartment! The views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! We were only there for 1 night for a concert in nearby Dillon, but we'll definitely look at this property for future stay cations. I recommend bringing your own coffee set up. They provide hotel-quality coffee and a few sugar packets, no creamer. Also, take your garbage out BEFORE making your final exit in which you leave the key cards. You'll need one to access the dumpster.

Great location at Keystone Lake

The condo was comfortable and nice. Loved the outdoor area! Kitchen was nice and clean. Living room was comfortable and there were lots of electronic and board games. There were a few minor fixes that should have been made such as the smoke detector cover hanging from the ceiling and some towel hooks could have been re-attached.Overall, the stay was very nice.

The room was actually nicer than the pictures of it online. The view of the lake was beautiful the location was perfect it was very clean and comfortable would definitely come back again I wish check-in would have been a little bit earlier and easier to find but overall it was very nice

Spring skiing 4/1/24

Great condo and great view with afternoon/evening sun. The condo was great for the two of us but with only one bathroom it might be difficult for a group or four or five if you planned to use the two pull out sofa’s. The condo kitchen is well furnished and it’s a short walk to the pool and hot tub.

Great property, unimpressed with administration and checkout tasks.

The property is fantastic. However there is an insane amount of signatured required outside of the Vrbo process. I not realize this until 2 days after securing the rental on Vrbo, I received email notice that my reservation was officially canceled. Then at checkout, you’re asked to take out all the trash from the property out to the dump in the parking lot, which seems ridiculous considering the amount of the cleaning fee and their strictness on checkout at 10am and check in at 5pm.

The condo was very nice, comfortable and the view amazing. Way too much confusion with the check in and even though we called 2 weeks prior requesting an early check-in, they found no record of that at the front desk and we waited over 5 hours for the unit to be cleaned. Used towel and wash cloth left in the shower and the tables, etc had not been wiped down at all. Condo very nice, but property mgmt needs some attention.

Great Lake View Property
