Denna fastighet är välskött, välutrustade, med ny matta, färgskiffer kök och inträde och återvunnet hårda trägolv i vardagsrummet - bara vackert vackert

Arapahoe lodge sitter mitt i åtgärden vid River Run Village. Denna vackra egendom ligger i centrum av staden och en kort 100 meter promenad till gondolen och skidliften; Detta är ett utmärkt läge. Underjordisk parkering, ansluten till gemensam pool, den enda lodgen med en närbutik och spritbutik kopplad till lodgen med Wolf Rock Tavern nedanför och gott om shopping vid ytterdörren gör det till en familjefantasiort. Det finns massor av saker att göra inom en kort promenad från att ta en kaffe på Starbucks eller Inxspot till massor av bra restauranger som Wolf Rock Tavern, The Spoon Cafe, Jays Patio Cafe, Parrot Eyes, Pizza On The Run, Paisano eller Kickapoo Tavern. I mitten av floden är Run Village en eldplats för barnen att göra smores eller åka skridskor på den stora frusna sjön (den största natursjön som är bevarad i Nordamerika) i Lakeside Village. Glöm inte att Keystone erbjuder exklusiv nattskidåkning och det finns också en slangkulle för skojs skull. Välkommen hem.

Vår egendom sätter upp som följer: Ett sovrum med en king log säng och platt-TV och ny matta. Det finns också en utdragbar soffa som sover två på en queen size garanterad madrass system, mycket bekvämt, liksom en Murphy säng som är en drottning. Ett vackert öppet stort bad och en master bad och mästare sittgrupp. Till slut sover denna fastighet 6 bekvämt. Denna 1 bädd 2 bad egendom är faktiskt större än standard två sovrum egenskaper i River Run Village och vardagsrum och matsal dra nytta av utrymmet. Vardagsrummen i den överdimensionerade fastigheten är också mycket större än de i en vanlig tvåbädds tvåbadsfastighet.

Denna fastighet är väl underhållen, välutrustade, med ny matta, färgskiffer kök och intr��de och återvunnet hårda trägolv i vardagsrummet - bara vackert .. Platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Bra läge och nära till backarna. Denna fastighet sover som ett två sovrum med priset på ett sovrum plus !! Ett hem med alla bekvämligheter och sedan lite kaffebryggare, gott om matvaror, alla redskap, nyare möbler. Högt i tak skapar en öppen och stor känsla för detta 1 sovrum 900 kvadratmeter fastighet. Du kommer att känna dig som hemma och du kommer att bli lycklig.

Great Place to stay

With a location in the center of the viulalge, you can see the main town square. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, walking/biking trails, hiking all close by. Would recommend.

PERFECT Location!

Listing was as described - stocked wonderfully with all you need during your stay! Location was perfect for our family as we could ski-in/ski-out and come back to rest or eat lunch or whatever. Makes it an easy decision to pay only a tad more for lodging but to be that close to everything, giving you the ability to save money on breakfast & lunch so you can enjoy a nice dinner each evening, or eat in for all meals to save even more! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I will say is that the new, high-end mattress referenced in the listing is pretty firm. For us, as we tend to prefer a little softer mattress, it was an adjustment but we were tired from skiing so we were still able to get rest. Just something to consider.

Difficult check in, beautiful property

The property is beautiful and in a great location. There was no one at the management company when we arrived and our envelope did not have the property key code or the garage door card keys in it. No one answered the phone when we called, finally got a call back. It took over an hour. Someone finally came with them and was a bit rude insisting the keys had been in the envelope.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: River Run Village has become one of our "go to" destinations for skiing get-aways for over ten years. We have stayed at multiple units within the village and worked with the folks at RMRM for most of that time. The staff at RMRM have always been professional, courteous, and prompt with their assistance and service. OF the many units we have stayed in, this particular unit is one of the best: Well maintained and appointed, it is clearly owned and occupied by a family that takes pride and care in their property and expects their tenants to do the same. If you're looking for a place to party, this is NOT the unit, but if you're looking for a well maintained unit for comfort and convenience, look no farther! Thanks to RMRM and the owners of this unit for making our "weekend escape" trouble-free, relaxing, and comfortable!

Location was great...

However, several items in the condo were not working correctly. We could not control the thermostat and the condo became very warm while we were not there. Also, several lights were out and the smoke alarms went off late one night because batteries were bad. When we checked in, several key cards did not work correctly; we did receive a new one quickly, but others were still inconsistent.

The bed in the bed room was extremely hard, thankfully there was a Murphy bed it was much softer. Also the rug in the living room could us a much needed shampooing and the small deck area was very dirty and dusty. Nice unit but needs some TLC and updates.

Great location... but that's all.

This property was in a great location (so close to everything in River Run Village), but that's where the good ended. It was very badly maintained. Doors seemed to be falling off the hinges in the kitchen. The tiles in the showers were disgusting, the fridge was falling apart. I would never cook/eat in this unit. It was very dirty too - dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and clearly wasn't vacuumed or counters wiped down. The Master Bed was horrible!! So uncomfortable and the pillows may as well have been cardboard boxes. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location

This was our 4th year in a row to come to Keystone. This year did not disappoint again, great location to all restaurants, stores and gondola. Will look for location again next year.

Location, location, location

The stay was amazing. VRBO says this is a 1.5 bath but it is actually 2 full baths which was great when multiple people wanted to shower at once. 5 min walk to gondola and 5 min walk to bus stop for other ski areas. View is of the village square which was really cool. Includes heated garage and heated locker for skis. This was especially nice so we didn’t have to keep our skis in the unit. The only issues I had is that the bed isn’t the most comfortable, the bedroom bathrooms lock didn’t work, and I got a “warning” for parking when my pass was clearly shown. A quick call to management fixed that. Overall, the other reviews don’t give this unit justice. I’d give it 5*’s although there were the few small issues and if I’m ever in keystone again I’ll be staying here 100%. Thank you RMRM!

Great location, Condo needs some improvements

We've stayed at Arapahoe Lodge several times because it is a great location. This condo was our least favorite. It needs a deep cleaning! There was dust on everything and the carpet and rugs are old, stained and definitely need replacing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You can't turn the light on in the bathroom without the heat lamp coming on, so you're sweating while getting ready. We did enjoy the gas fireplace which is very easy to turn on. Overall, the condo felt dirty.
