Our unique condo places you in the heart of Keystone but allows for peaceful escape at the end of the day. Just a 5 minute walk to the gondola, restaurants, and all the other offerings in River Run!
Upon return, you'll enjoy some of the best views in Keystone - unhindered, peaceful vistas of slopes, ponds & wetlands (and Moose if you're lucky). This cozy space comfortably sleeps 4 between a king bed & queen murphy bed and is ready for you to make wonderful memories!

This one bedroom condo is well updated & appointed with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay. The highlight of the space is a beautiful living area with floor to ceiling windows along the entire length of the room. From your living room, you'll have unobstructed views of the ski slopes heading down to both River Run and Mountain House base areas. Stretched out between you and the mountain are a series of wetlands & beaver ponds where we've often seen Moose and other amazing wildlife. The living room also includes a gas fireplace, TV and an eating area that seats 4. In the evenings, a Queen sized murphy bed easily folds down to transform the space into a second sleeping area. This is a REAL bed that is truly comfortable (we don't want our guests to settle for uncomfortable air mattresses and pull out couches!).

On the opposite side of the condo, a bedroom is set up with a comfortable King sized bed and an additional TV. Between the bedroom and living room is the kitchen, equipped with all essential cookware, tableware & coffee. This kitchen is small but deceptively functional. Please note there is no full sized oven - to make up for this we've equipped the space with an excellent toaster oven capable of handling the majority of baking tasks.

Last are the two bathrooms (one full, one half), which make stays with 3 or 4 guests much more comfortable. In the full bathroom, you'll enjoy a beautiful, glass-encased tile shower.

Our condo is located on the edge of River Run, Keystone's primary base area. This location is the perfect balance of peace, quiet & nature with easy access to all the action & amenities that you'll need during your stay. At just a 5 minute walk away, River Run Village is home to many shops, world class restaurants, and most importantly the River Run Gondola. Should you desire, staying here allows you to take a shuttle from the airport, walk to ski rental shops, restaurants, and a small grocery market with no need to drive anywhere!

Free parking for one vehicle is included with your stay (there are other paid lots available nearby if your party is bringing multiple vehicles).

We offer an easy self check in for our guests. Our instructions are very thorough (with pictures) and are easy to follow so that you don't have to stress and can get right to enjoying your vacation!

We are accomplished, local hosts that manage only a few properties in Summit County.
