Detta vackra Townhouse med 3 sovrum, 3 badrum, ligger i det exklusiva stadsdelen Settler's Creek, mindre än fem minuters bilresa från gondolen, butikerna och restaurangerna vid River Run Village. Du är väldigt nära skidåkning men har känslan av att vara borta från allt med underbar utsikt över bergen från nästan alla rum.

Inom några steg från hemmet är den bästa funktionen i Settler's Creek, Minnies Cabin! Njut av 2 utomhuspooler, uppvärmd utomhuspool, grill, inomhus / utomhus spis och till och med ett biljardbord du kan använda medan du tittar på det stora spelet! Busshållplatsen är vid Minnies stuga och tar dig till River Run Village (Gondola) inom några minuter.

Radhuset på 1620 kvm har gott om plats för din familj att njuta av en fantastisk semester. Det finns en master svit med öppen spis och bubbelbadkar samt ett drottning sovrum med eget badrum. Vi glömde inte barnen, det finns ett rum med två våningssängar (4 enkelsängar).

Hemmet erbjuder också ett uppvärmt garage med tvättmaskin / torktumlare, grill, fullt utrustat kök och allt annat du behöver för en perfekt bergsresa. När vi bokat vår lokala fastighetschef kommer att vara tillgänglig för att hjälpa till med alla dina semesterbehov.

Loved the place, everything was well kept up. The heated garage and heated floors were amazing. The hot tub and pool were nice to have after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed our visit and would like to make it back in the future.

The property was immaculate! Conveniently located near the shuttle making it easy to get to Keystone village or lifts. The inside has huge ceilings, making it look mich bigger than it is. The heated floors were an added bonus.

Derek keeps a clean, cozy, well-stocked home that is welcoming and enjoyable to stay in as long as you need. The garage is large enough to fit a full-size Ford Expedition SUV and the driveway is long enough to fit a crew cab, long bed RAM 2500. The neighborhood is peaceful; tucked away in the trees with a community swimming pool, walking trails and a creek for enjoying time with kids. A must stay for anyone visiting the Keystone, Dillon, Silvethorne, Breckenridge area. Thanks, Derek!

We spent 5 nights in this lovely condo. For our family of five (3 kids) and an additional adult couple (total 7 people) the condo was the PERFECT size. Everyone had their own space and the shared areas (living, dining, kitchen) more than met our needs. The heated garage and first floor foyer space were amazing added amenities. The garage fit a vehicle (Jeep gladiator) and had plenty of space to store anything else. The foyer area housed all our shoes and cold weather gear for the stay. The condo is close to the tip top shuttle stop. The shuttle runs we're always on time. The resort did an excellent job of keeping snow cleared. Some additional notes: The kitchen table is huge and could seat 8 comfortably but there are only six chairs. Unfortunately all the (3) Humidifiers were broken. The water does get hot but it takes a while to warm up. We didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of the garage gear but there are sleds, bikes, and other gear in the garage, presumably available for renter use. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this unit and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom condo in a gorgeous upscale neighborhood in the mountains with hiking trails right out of the door. Home is as pictured with every kitchen item needed for enjoying home cooked meals. Spacious and comfortably furnished, we were very pleased.

The house was nice and clean and great furniture in the common spaces. Property is managed by a company and as a result you get the bare minimum- 2 trash bags, one dishwasher tab, no laundry detergent, cheap sheets and towels.

This property is excellent. We had 2 families and everyone had enough room to spread out and had a great time. As mentioned by others the pool and ski resort shuttle stop are super close which made the weekend with young kids much easier! The condo itself is very cozy and has all the typical things you need/want. The beds were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This home was wonderful and the perfect size for two families with small children. We were only a 5 minute drive to the main gondola parking lot for Keystone Mountain. Everything was easy from check-in to amenities, and the property was better than pictures. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing trip, this property is well furnished and has all of the things you need for cooking and to relax! The location is perfect for fun on the mountain just a few steps from Minnie’s Cabin and the bus stop. Heated floors make the difference during winter ❄️ We would stay here again!

Photos are completely accurate. House was stunning with every comfort imaginable. Lots of hiking options right from the front door. Peaceful community and close to shopping/groceries. Stayed six weeks and had no issues. The pool and hot tub were just steps away and I was normally the only one there. Excellent choice for a relaxing stay.

This townhome was perfect for our family (8 of us) . Plenty of room for everyone to have a bed to sleep in and keep living areas free for those who were early risers or night owls. Being steps away from Minnie’s cabin for swimming and hang out space was awesome.

Plenty of space for our family and nice amenities with the pool, hot tub and club house. Views are spectacular and it’s a really quick trip to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The resort bus actually picks up right outside the condo if you prefer not to drive to the resort.

2nd stay at this property - because great location to Keystone hill. Bus stop to ski hill exactly 60 yards from the front door. Pool house with great hot tubs and outdoor pool also 60 steps from condo. young adults loved the pool table. well stocked kitchen. Will be back again!
