Ac eventually stopped working so we were moved to a different room and that a/c was so noisy we have to turn it off cause we couldn’t even hear the TV and we certainly were not going to be able to sleep. “Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. “We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. ”
