“We loved being at the resort and spa! The room was very comfortable and roomy, with a deck overlooking the pool area. The spa was exceptional with a nice balance of serenity and refreshment ! The game room was a real plus; having family visiting one evening was so much fun! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. We felt right at home!! Thank you!!”

“Stayed in the suite - 1 king and sofa bed, which is excellent setup for a family with kids and much more roomy than avg hotel room. The downside was sofa could not pull out to make a bed and front office was one person running other errands and upon return explaining there is no one that can help with that until morning. Our check in took 30+ mins to get the one person to come to front desk and figure out how to find our reservation. Hope the hotel gets staffed better when in full season....

“Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. ”

“Great place and surprisingly bigger inside than what the pictures showed. Check in was also very easy. The gas fireplace was a very welcome touch and kept us warm. Responsive staff and amenities like a little grocery store for sundries was fantastic.”

“Walked in to a broken dishwasher, the door wouldn't stay closed. First morning i went to pull the blinds up to have coffee on the balcony and they fell off the wall. I messaged them about it and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay but i said it was fine. After we left my friend told me his room had bed bugs. I wish he had told me sooner so we could have stayed somewhere else. I notified management about them and still havent had a response almost a week later. Even...

“We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. ”
