“Our third stay in the last 6 weeks because it was so hot in Denver. Very dog friendly hotel with treats at the front desk. 10 minute walk to the Dillon Marina, 15-30 minute drive to Frisco and Breck. One of the elevators was out of service but not that big of a deal. It does suck that you have to pay for parking though ($16 a night; you’re not Las Vegas.) Breakfast was ok as they’ve never had bacon at any of our stays for the free breakfast provided. Stayed on third floor with nice view. ...

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the renovated condo - clean, cozy and loved the personal touches to the place. Only recommendation is an additional fan for bedroom since there is no air condition during summer months. Otherwise, we will be back!!”

“A little older than other buildings in the area, but it was very clean and convenient to everything in the River Run community. The ad says it sleeps 4, so just be aware that means 2 in the double bed and 2 on the couch. There's no AC, but that seems normal for the area. Just be aware on those hot summer days. It's not really a place you want to hang out in the room anyway.”
