“Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. “A very friendly hotel with very good service. Rooms are large with balcony and nice view. Is better to be on the new building but the old one is charming. The buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are good.
