"We had the best stay at the Novotel Mumbai International Airport. From the time we checked in until we checked out everything was a 5 star experience. The staff is amazing, very friendly and make us extremely comfortable during our whims stay. The rooms are spacious and food is excellent. Chef Tejas has been an absolute joy. Rohit, Sandhiya and all the other employees were fantastic. "

"Everything looks good in pictures and information when booking the hotel. Once in place, it is less flattering. Slow check-in. TV in the room that doesn't work. Minibar with only water. Pool where birds gather to drink water. A bar with only one type of beer. Food OK but slow service. Recurring questions about which room number you have when sitting by the pool. The area outside the hotel was shabby. Canceled the last two nights (out of four). This because I found a last minute offer at The Oberoi Mumbai for the same price as Novotel Juhu Beach... "

"Väldigt bekvämt att kunna checka in direkt när man kommer fram efter midnatt. Snabb incheckning, ganska smutsigt och instängt på rummet, inget fönster men tyst och bra aircon, ok frukost."

"Mr Sheik is a friendly face that greets you upon arrival. All decked up in his attire, he welcomes you to the property and assists in any way he can. All Staff members at the front desk are helpful at check in and in aiding with suggestions to restaurants or anything else that one desires. Housekeeping and room service staff are all extremely polite. Wonderful experience. "

"Absolutely stunning place. The staff are very helpful and patient. The room was supposed to be in the wing but we ended up in the main building in a beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was more like lunch or at the very least a big brunch. There aren't any maps of the building so we had to ask for help to even get out of the hotel. The pool area is worth visiting, even if you don't want to swim. They had lighter, less expensive food, drinks, deserts and for those who need it I noticed there is a smoking area in the pool lounge. Felt safe due to security controls on every person who entered the building.The whole experience was really memorable and one of a kind."

"Fantastiskt fint hotell med stor fin pool, gym, rena och fina rum, mycket trevlig personal, god mat. Mycket hjälpsam "conciergedesk" som kunde fixa läkare, hämta mediciner, mm. Att förbättra: organisationen i frukostserveringen: Att lyckas beställa te/ kaffe så att man fick det i tid var nästan omöjligt/ samma sak vid önskan om påfyllning. Men otroligt trevliga var alla!"

"Grest hotel. Super friendly staff. However food and especially drinks like whisky extremely expensive. There is a borderline between what is ok and not.. AC did not manage to keep the humidity down in my room. Overall great but not perfect."
