Arrived on Sunday afternoon to start my vacation. Stayed at the Park Villa resort. The unit was very accommodating. The kitchen was equipped with utensils, cookware etc and everything needed to prepare a good meal. The only concern was the mattress in the master bedroom was much firmer than what I am accustomed. If you are traveling to Kiawah Island the unit is warm, inviting and feels like a home away home.

This villa was exactly as presented. Beautiful. Clean. Peaceful Convenient. Our son was married at a nearby golf resort and it was a perfect location to settle in and attend the wedding activities. The villa has been newly renovated and is so beautiful. Well maintained and very well stocked with anything you might need. Communication with the owner was amazing. I felt very welcome and right at home. I will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the island.

This property was perfect for our 2-day stay on Kiawah. The location was close to everything yet somewhat secluded and very peaceful. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. From start to finish, the hosts were so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions/needs. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Perfect

This villa is in a gorgeous, serene location, convenient to an excellent little beachfront park, the surrounding islands, and even Charleston. The villa itself is elegant and charming; quite large, yet inviting. It was stocked well with everything needed (and listed in the description) and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit Kiawah Island and our stay at this property. The hosts were very helpful and gracious and are great at communicating with us. Our whole family had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts to anyone looking for a vacation in this region.

Lots construction

We enjoyed the island but our first floor property was below a unit undergoing construction. They worked morning to midnight. The outside of our unit also was painted thus had plastic covering most windows. Vibrations from the unit above had caused recessed lights to fall from ceiling. We did see ants and a roach. We mostly avoided our property and stayed on the move. The unit was mostly clean. The main bath had some floor structure issues and was sloped causing many tiles to be cracked significantly. A dehumidifier ran a lot not surprisingly but we did not know how to empty it.The island was beautiful. This unit also needs some tlc based on the cost versus quality and noisy neighbors.
