“We enjoyed our stay! Vacasa moved us from a condo in Kiawah Island to a house in Seabrook Island on a golf course due to a pest issue. We don't play golf but enjoyed the wildlife in the pond with turtles, an alligator and a heron. The house was comfortable, quiet, well-equipped and walking distance from a quiet beach. Lots of jellyfish washed up on shore but we swam anyway. The AC went out one day but they fixed it quickly and credited us for the day. Tree frogs abound.”

“Great location less than 2 minute walk from the villa. Bike delivery service was the way to go - these beaches are incredible for biking, walking, swimming, napping, etc. This 1/1 villa was just enough for 2 of us - king bed and what seems to be newly renovated bathroom and floors throughout. Gave cleanliness a 4star only because I think the furniture in living room and closed in porch could use a slight refresh. Comfortable and clean - a few pieces just have stains and seem to be out of...

“The condo was everything we needed and expected for a week of summer getaway. Easy to get to, plenty of areas to walk, and very close to the beach. All of the essentials we would need were there in-house. Only minor item is the sofa could use some updating. Overall it was more than we expected and look forward to returning in the future.”
