“Lovely place to unwind. Quiet area. Short but scenic walk to the beach. Updated, modern renovations. Lovely shower. Was nice sitting on the screened in porch, turn the fan on and listen to wildlife rustle the leaves below. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“Very comfortable first floor one bedroom with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us on anniversary weekend. Step out the back door across the lawn to the boardwalk to the beach. Contactless checkin and checkout. Owner very good at providing needed information.”

“This VRBO was perfect for my family on a get away to a beautiful Kiawah. The beach is a safe 2 min walk along one of the trails. You cannot ask for closer. Apartment was well stocked with all you need, including beach chairs etc. Owner readily followed up on any queries. I want to book again!”

“The space was lovely and very close to many convenient amenities on the island. There is ample space and the furniture and decorations are cute and well appointed. We unfortunately came during construction and this created several frustrations. It was very difficult to find our way to the elevator (late, carrying luggage and cold). We eventually had a member of our party walk up the stairs to find the ramp. The signage was misleading and not at all helpful. The walk to the beach was interrupted...

“Great location, communicative managers, tools and main things that you need. Only 'issue' that is kind of to be expected with being a pet friendly place, is it has a bit of a pet smell but not awful. Overall, recommend it.”

“We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again”

“Condo was perfect for us! Loved the screened in porch….it felt like being in a tree house! The pond it overlooks is full of wildlife including alligators. The bridge and pike paths are surrounded by beauty and nature. Inside was beautifully updated and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Would love to return again!”

“Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“Nice vacation property. Quite, peaceful and opportunity to get away from daily life. No street lights. So finding one's way at night is challenging. There could be better signage on roads and property direction signage can be improved.”
