Enjoy fabulous lagoon vistas from this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse style Windswept Villa, located directly across from the beach in Kiawah Island’s East Beach neighborhood.

This lakeside villa is beautifully renovated with updates to the kitchen and bathrooms, new interior lighting, hardwood flooring, updated TV’s, high-end furnishings and new patio furniture! The first floor includes an open floor plan of living and dining areas, kitchen and half bath. Step down to the living room to enjoy a large flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings and sliding door access to an open deck overlooking the lagoon.

4365 Windswept Villas comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms both located on the second level of the home. The master suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest room offers two twin beds, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at Windswept Villas. Windswept villa rentals Kiawah Island, SC are tucked in an oceanside setting alongside Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel in East Beach Village. East Beach Village is the heart of Kiawah Island, anchored by the 21-acre Night Heron Park and legendary Sanctuary Hotel. Nice property, a lot of stairs so use caution if you are older. Nicely stocked. Property manager needs to check cleanliness of bedding, dead lightbulbs, and how light fixtures are working.

The villa looked exactly like the photos posted online, and was very clean. I had to contact the property manager to clarify somethings. She was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurants were very good the customer service was outstanding. We were there celebrating my aunts 75 birthday, she had a wonderful time and wants to spend her 76 birthday at Kiawah Island

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on Kiawah Island. The condo is nicely decorated, looks just like in the pictures; has everything we needed. The location is super close to the beach. It’s short drive from the commercial areas at Seabrook Island too.
