Lviv is a city in western Ukraine, but you can find their amazing chocolate in cafes/stores like this around the country. Take a seat in the café and sample the drinking chocolate (the thicker the better!!) or buy truffles, chocolate bars, or some other tasty treat from the glass counter at the entrance. This location is open from 1000 to 2200.

This is a cheburek. It's very thin fried dough with meat and sour cream and maybe some greens spread in the middle. I'm not a huge fan of friend dough, so I'd rather go with the shwarma offered by this little café, but I had to give cheburek a try since I'd never heard of it before! This tiny café has a small bar and a handful of tables with bench seats and chairs tucked into its corner location. Or, you can get your food to go.
St. Georgia: Georgian street food. This was a first for me and I loved it. Here they prepare a Georgian specialty called khachapuri. These meat and cheese wraps are similar to a gyro or dönör except the ingredients are baked inside the bread. Order whatever is freshest. My personal favorite is pictured here with chicken and cheese. Make sure to ask for the additional Georgian sauce called tkemali. It’s made from plums, herbs and spices. Ketchup would be the closest thing I could compare it to but it’s much better. For around $1.50 - $2 these are another great deal in Kiev. Highly recommended.
