    Denna underbara villa är utformad för inomhus-utomhus levande funktioner glidficka dörrar som leder utanför till rymliga privata Lanai. Dra nytta av uteservering, coola tropiska vindar, utsikt över trädgården och en stor utomhusgasgrill.

    Lounge på Lanai och njut av en tropisk dryck medan du tar dig till Maui. Detta boende inkluderar ett vackert utformat vardagsrum, moderna möbler, fullt utrustat gourmetkök med en frukostbar och toppen av raden apparater, platt-tv och wifi hela. Flytta lätt dina matvaror och bagage på övervåningen med din egen personliga hiss i din enhet.

    Sovrummet är otroligt rymligt och har en king size-säng, stort badrum med badkar, duschkabin och en privat Lanai! Det andra Gästrummet ligger nere med en queen size-säng och ett eget badrum. Översta våningen har ett tredje gästrum med två queen size-sängar, eget badrum och franska dörrar som leder ut till en fransk balkong. Den huvudsakliga vardagsrummet erbjuder också ett halvt badrum för gäster att använda.

    Denna två våningar stan hemmet har också central luftkonditionering hela, en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, privat garage, täckt bil hamn över uppfarten för ett andra fordon, strandstolar och strandhanddukar att använda på stranden eller vid fastigheten pool!

    Ho'olei-fastigheten har en fantastisk pool med vattenfall, sandstrandområde för barn och 2 jacuzzier att njuta av. Gärna ta handdukarna i din enhet ner till poolen för att använda! Det finns också ett gym för att använda bredvid poolområdet och en täckt kökspaviljong. Poolside massage finns också! Detta är en gated community med 24 timmars säkerhet tillgänglig.

    Tillgång till stranden ligger tvärs över gatan genom den intilliggande orten. Du kan äta på någon av anläggningens restauranger och ställa in spa-möten i närliggande fastigheter, men observera att poolanslutning på de närliggande orterna inte ingår i din bokning i denna Ho'olei-villa.

Wailea Townhome

This property was awesome! All the comforts of home, and then some! 7 of us (all adults) were very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for all. Wailea Beach and the beachwalk were a 5 min walk from the property. Communication with CBIV was great; very timely responses! All in all, a wonderful place!

Perfect Wailea Retreat

The location and luxury of this house make it a perfect retreat for a family looking to gather in the heart of Wailea. You have plenty of space in the common areas to be together or separate in the luxury of your bedroom. The furniture throughout is super comfortable and the house has every amenity including plenty of chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The lanai has a garden view, but in less than 10 min you are on the Wailea beach. And the pool oasis is just steps away. A real luxury find for a great price at one of the top beaches in Hawaii!

Family reunion

The property is beautiful, in a great location. We had 7 adults & were extremely comfortable. The villa was well stocked, better than we expected. The only issues we had were the dish washer did not work. We called & repair man showed up within an hour & said it was fixed, but we continued to have the same issue. Also limited space to hang wet swimsuits & towels. A few hooks in the laundry room, bathrooms or even garage would have been nice.

Perfect!!!!

This was the perfect unit for our family of four. From the three bedrooms, to the spacious lanai, to the short walk to the pool, it fit all of our needs. The short walk to the beaches and shops and close proximity to golf courses were a bonus, as well. While we were out enjoying Maui during the day, we looked forward to coming back to our beautiful condo in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer and dryer gave us a mid vacation wardrobe boost. The communication was spot on throughout our stay. Kaitlin even suggested a restaurant to celebrate our anniversary at. If we plan to return to Maui in the future, we will try this property first!

It was a bit of a drive to the grocery store. If you want ample space this you should consider this. I would stay here again if we visit with my family. There is really no view but that was fine for us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the unit and property in general, 10/10. Impeccably clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Road noise is a major issue that just can't be overlooked. I live in the city, and I want to get away from the noise, so this was a huge letdown that I couldn't relax on the lanai without listening to the traffic. Good thing the doors and windows do a good job of sound isolation.

Great place to stay!

My family and my friend's family stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a week. It was great! - Living room on the 2nd floor is large, connecting with a big balcony. Our kids ran around and had much fun! - Spacey kitchen allowing 2-3 people to work together! - Master bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with an awesome bathroom. Taking a bath there was so enjoyable! - Great swimming pool in the community! - Walkable distance to the beach! - The host was very helpful and responsive! Here are some tips for future visitors: - As it's located near the hotel area, there isn't good grocery stores nearby, until you drive ~8 minutes to a Safeway. So plan ahead! - Remember to take the towels if you go the swimming pool. - If you want to take beach chairs to the beach, it's better to drive a car, although it's within walkable distance.

The unit was very clean and comfortable, and it was a pleasure to use the well-appointed kitchen. The welcome snacks and included beach chairs/towels/umbrellas were a very pleasant surprise. Our POC Cody was very timely and reliable, especially when we forgot a wallet post check-out and had to go back while the cleaners were there. The only minor issue we had was finding a couple of small cockroaches (dead, thankfully!) here and there throughout our stay. Location was really great: walkable to Wailea resorts and beach, a quick drive away to great beaches and restaurants in Kihei, and relatively painless to get to central Maui. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!!

Nice place, if you can get in and everything worked.

We were not given the entry code to the gate, so we spent up to 20 minutes outside waiting for other residents to pull-up and let us in. We were provided the gate code two days after our arrival and after our email requesting the same. The washer in the unit did not work. The key fobs randomly deactivate, and it has nothing to do with your cell phone.
