Helt enastående, allt från pool, personal, strand.
Blev omhändertagna från början till slut på ett exceptionellt vis. Maten var helt fantastisk, solnedgången var helt magisk, men framförallt all trevlig personal. Enastående. 10 poäng till serenity pool och stranden. Testade snorkla och dyka precis utanför hotellet, simmade ut från stranden till fantastiska korallrev, magiskt. Såg även en vattensköldpadda vilket var kul. Området runt om finns det inte jätte mycket att välja på efter 21. Men Maui är full av aktiviter för den som önskar och hotellet hjälper gladeligen till med art

Lyxhotell till hög kostnad
Minus var att trots att jag bokat Oceanview fick jag istället ett rum längst bak med delvis begränsad havsutsikt. Det har enligt Hotels.com prislista ett lägre pris. Efter klagomål i receptionen ordnades detta direkt. Det var ändå ett rum beläget minst 300 m till havet, men med Oceanview. Personalen är synnerligen vänliga och serviceinriktade.

Paradise
The resort is located on Wailea Beach with majestic view over the Pacific Ocean. The property is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the service is great. It has everything you'll expect from a five star resort. Our garden view room was really spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a bathtub and shower. We had a nice little balcony and the room was equipped with 65” TV. There was a small refrigerator were we could store our own things. There are several really good restaurants located on the resort. We especially enjoyed the al fresco dining experience at Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante with beautiful view of the Ocean. Make a reservation around 7 pm and enjoy the sunset. Their pizzas are to die for! It’s the best pizza we’ve ever had. On Tuesdays, during the summer, they have a pop up taco bar which was great. We really enjoyed the Serenity infinity pool (Adults only, 21 and over) and its pool bar. But be there on time, it fills up quickly and there can be several hours of waiting time to get sunbeds with an umbrella. The service at the pool was great and there were complimentary sunscreen and drinking water.

Quite simply one of the best hotels in the world
Four Seasons Maui may not be perfect in every category but when you add it all together the result outweighs the sum of the parts. The facilities, comfort and service are mostly excellent but add the breathtaking location and the perfection is complete. We will definitely return.

Hotellet erbjuder klassisk lyx med perfekt service och fina hotellområden. Vi gillade speciellt "vuxen poolen" där barn inte fick tillträde. Rummen var fina och stora, men kanske hade kunna önska en något modernare inredning.

We had a great stay for my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere and service was great and it was busy but we did not feel crowded. We did have a small issue with council works outside our room and after explaining things to management they kindly moved us to another room away from the works. Looking forward to staying here again

Don't book the Mountain View
Be wary about the "Mountain View" rooms. Our first room looked out over what looked like a big propane tank. We asked to be moved and got slightly upgraded to the back of a fence and a dumpster. They all appear to be over the parking garage, so the balcony is quite useless for what you would hope to use it for on a luxury tropical vacation. Normally I wouldn't mind, but Maui is a trip that took 10 hours of travel and a huge budget. For this type of trip, at a hotel this fabulous, it was a big disappointment that any room would be this much of a bummer.

Here for the service
We didn't think this FS resort was as good as the other ones we have stayed before. The service is impeccable every one goes above and beyond to help but he resort it self is not that great. We only tried 2 of their 3 restaurants DUO & Spago very good food and service. Got lucky and got reservations on the spot, make sure to reserve in advance. The spa is very nice, and again the people super nice. The adult pool was cute and the pool service was very good, they are very attentive. It was a little busy and you have to get there early to get a chair, it was a little annoying but I think its because there is only 1 adult pool. The grounds are the resort are older, but well maintained. They beach is small but very convenient because its part of the hotel. Also gets busy early you have to reserve a chair at the beach. I don't think we would stay here again just because we didn't like the resort it self, the service people AMAZING!

The resort is high quality (physically) and the staff was professional. Nevertheless, the cost seemed like a total rip off. Generally, it was dull (no music or anything interesting.) seems like an expensive retirement home. Very limited restaurant variety. It was 5 star, i suppose, but not worth the price and not entertaining. I doubt I’ll be back.
