Kihei Akahi D210, Great location with views of the ocean! This 1 bedroom/1 bath is centrally located in Kihei and perfect for couples or small families. This condo has been nicely updated. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private lanai with inspiring views of the ocean. Or take in a mesmerizing Maui sunset while dining al fresco.

The open and inviting living space is the perfect spot to relax after taking in all Maui has to offer. With a brand new sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and split AC to keep cool anytime of year. This kitchen lacks nothing the home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. The charming primary bedroom brings the tropical feel in with beautiful linens and a cozy king bed. There is a flat-screen TV and split AC for comfortable sleeping. The bath is conveniently located off the bedroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and large vanity.

There is a washer/dryer for lighter packing.

Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office, and library on-site! Its location is ideal with beautiful beaches right across the street! Shops, restaurants, and more within walking distance from your unit.

Very nice place in Kihei. Good sunset views from the lanai. Condo unit, building and grounds well maintained. Would book a stay again if ever in Kihei.

It was a great unit and great location. Easy access to the beach and close to everything. After a nasty storm and power outage our AC unit had a bad leak that was remedied immediately. Service and contact with the listing agency was phenomenal. Will definitely be back!!

A great condo steps away from the beach and right in the heart of Kihei Town. Was so appreciative of all the items at the condo that made it feel like home! Especially loved the beach chairs!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and some change and it was a lovely little condo. View was great, and the rental company was very quick to address any issues we had. I would recommend this for a couple vs a family/3. We’ve stayed at this complex several times, and this is probably one of the better units. It was a great home base for us as we explored the island and celebrated our anniversary. For the cons: The ac in the living room made a constant snorkel sound when used, so we kept it off the majority of the time. Additionally if you plan on cooking you will have a plethora of appliances/gadgets, and 0 pantry staples, so plan to purchase anything beyond salt and pepper. Would recommend/stay again!

We had a defective AC unit that made a loud noise when on or off. It took a week of our vacation before they could fix it. (They must have known of the issue when they checked us in and didn't say anything as they didn't need to check it out when we reported it.) We had to schedule our time to let the AC technician in for several hours. They also had to take the TV off the wall the day before and did not put it back until we reached out about it. Worse, they said a manager would call to discuss our problems and no one did and they went silent. Do not recommend this management service.

We have been staying at the Kihei Akahi for many years. The property is very well kept. I enjoyed watching the manager make his rounds to insure everything is well kept. This room has been updated very nicely & was clean. It has a great view as well. No issues with checking. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay in this unit. The location is very convenient, being walking distance from the beach and several shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the gift basket especially after a long day of travel. We would definitely stay here again.

This spot was a great getaway for us. Most of our time was spent out in nature, but when we returned home each day we were delighted. It’s super clean, whoever cleans it deserves more pay. Great view, had all the essentials, it was awesome.
