Welcome to Kamaole Beach Royale #403, located in the heart of Kihei, Maui!. Enjoy a spectacular views of the ocean, beaches and neighboring islands in this recently remodeled condo!

This beautiful condo has just been remodeled and is tastefully furnished and decorated. A brand new split A/C system with handlers in each room for your cooling comfort. The condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large private lanai, accessible from both living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa. The main bedroom opens to the double lanai, which overlooks the beach & ocean. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, allowing for a nice separation of space. The kitchen is fully stocked for any culinary needs you may have! The condo comes with complementary high-speed Wi-fi and a working desk in the living room.
We stock beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella for our guests, so you are beach ready!
Kamaole Beach Royale is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 in South Kihei. Kamaole Beach #1 is one of three famous beaches within easy walking distance of this complex. The condo is also close to a wide range of shopping and restaurants ranging from local fast food, ice cream, to fabulous seafood and fine dining as well as rental shops for snorkeling and beach equipment within a block of the condo.

Excellent communication throughout booking process. Went above and beyond ensuring all questions answered quickly. Condo had breathtaking ocean views, gorgeous sunset every night and nonstop whale sightings from the lanai! We texted about a sound coming from ac unit and they sent out a technician within a few hours to fix the unit. Condo was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6! 2 minutes to the beach and beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and cooler available for guests. A wonderful experience. One thing is perhaps more cleaning supplies for guests staying over a week ( we knew only starter supplies would be available but it would have been so nice/ convenient to have been provided with more dishwasher pods). Mahalo for being such incredible hosts. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay.Condo is clean, beds comfortable. Was great having a washer & dryer.Has a beautiful view. We had breakfast on the patio every morning.Was within walking distance to many restaurants. We snorkeled at Kamaole Beach 3 & it was just ok for us. We were an all adult group & love snorkeling & found other beaches that had better snorkeling. Water def calmer in the morning. We walked around the beaches right across the street from the condo all of them are beautiful & perfect for people that just want to lay around the beach, swim & and/or have children. There is a lifeguard who seemed very attentive.There are 6 useable chairs at the table outside & there are 2 on the backside that are not useable because of the arms on the chairs & not enough space to pull the table out for people to sit on the beach side of the table. We had one issue with the ac & I texted the number provided in the book & got a response with in 5 minutes & within the hour they came to the unit & fixed it. We liked the split ac units, so we could control the temp in all of the individual rooms. My mom liked it much warmer in her room. I was very happy we had AC & when it was off it was very warm & would not stay in a place without it. I did see many places that did not have AC when I was looking for a condo. I would definitely recommend this condo & would not hesitate staying here again. Parking was easy & we always found a spot in the lot. We appreciated be allowed to have a late check out.

Excellent stay!!

Everything was perfect in this condo. The beach was right across from the road plenty of restaurants around the condo. Centrally located. The condo was well equipped. We’ll stay again here.

Christmas in Kihei

The condo worked very well for us. Clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and very easy access to everything. Loved having such a short walk to the beach where a turtle beached itself one afternoon! Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. My main area of improvement would be the bathroom towels. A little small and a little thin.

Our favorite place in Maui

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and it feels like our home away from home. We always feel happy and comfortable here. The sunsets are unmatched and accommodations are very comfortable and lovely.

Kehei Stay

Nice location with a pretty view of the ocean. On top floor is an area of tables and chairs to enjoy the sunset and barbecue , very well set up and clean. Kitchen is stocked with the basics to prepare a meal, beds are comfortable. The bed linens are not great quality and you are supplied with minimum towels in the bathroom so be prepared to do wash if you are staying an extended length of time. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, Boss Frogs for rentals right across the street. Would definitely stay here a again

Summer Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Property is clean and a good location. Quick walk to the beach and pretty ‘central’ if you like to get out and explore other areas of the island! The property had great ‘extras’ for us to use such as the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Onsite parking was great. Extremely convenient and comfortable!

Amazing as ALWAYS!

Stayed at the KBR for 15 nights, on our annual Maui trip. We love the KBR for all of it’s conveniences. Across the street from Kam 1(where you literally wave from in the ocean to someone on the lanai of the condo), quick walk to the ABC store, and the perfect view of those sunsets! Love the keyless entry. The unit was equipped with all the kitchen appliances, utensils etc that you need. Mgmt was quick to respond and correct an issue we had. A/C works extremely well in all areas of the condo. The cross breeze of the lanai sliding doors and the front door being opened as well as the ceiling fans was a great option too. Beds were really comfortable, even the pullout couch! If I had to gripe, I’d say the shower towels were small and the pillows too big. The sliding doors are a bit heavy and noisy. There is also a lot of work going on to keep the grounds up continuously but, it’s not a resort and they have to maintain the beauty sometime. There was also construction in the unit directly above us half way through our stay. If you sleep in this would be annoying. But how could you sleep in when you have the sun coming in through the all glass view to the gorgeous ocean to greet you every morning. What an amazing view to wake up to every morning and start your day. That is something I will definitely miss! Overall the KBR and this unit are an amazing place to stay and well worth the money.

Great Location, Close to Beach, Restaurants and Shopping

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great Location. 3 minute walk to a nice beach. Some food places in strip mall right across from the condo entrance - popular bakery, fish and chips and a cafe. Also a place to rent stand up paddle boards. There's an ABC store 5 minutes walk away by Texaco gas station. There's 2 shave ice places closeby, I like Gus' Hawaiian shave ice in a VW bus. The 4th floor view was great - you just step onto the lanai to see great sunsets and the islands of Lanai and Kaho'olawe. The unit itself is good - nice kitchen, dining room, living room, lanai and one of the king bedrooms. Well equipped unit with beach mats and chairs. However, the second bedroom is smaller, doesn't have a view and a little dark. Still has a king size bed. If you're sharing this unit with another couple you might consider adjusting how you split the cost. The pool was good. The BBQ area on top floor was good, but no shade. One issue another reviewer mentioned - we have a crawling baby and the floor was a bit dusty. We notified the management company and they promptly had someone come and clean it up. They also repaired a slow bathroom sink the same time and showed me how to work the tv controls. The main lesson is to promptly call or text and they'll take care of it quick.

Nicely updated and in fantastic location

This was our second time in this condo - and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. The unit is nicely updated and very clean. Location is perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Relocated Maui visit

We really enjoyed the place and the location. The only negative was that the unit wasn’t as clean as we expected. The counters and appliances had handprints on them. We had to buy cleaner to clean them. The outside deck was nice but the railings were filthy. We bought bleach wipes to clean them off. The slider from the master bedroom didn’t slide easily. The second bathroom smelled like dirty feet and was recently used. There were stains on some of the pool towels. The face of the bathroom cabinets were not very clean. Toilet in master had a moldy ring around the bowl which only got worse as we stayed. We didn’t want to have to buy toilet bowl cleaner. Other than that we did enjoy the place and loved the view. Overall grounds were well maintained. Access to beach was great.

Beautiful Place and Location with a Beautiful View

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was for the most part just like the pictures showed. The only "complaint" that we had was needed more wash clothes and hand towels for the bathroom. The Master bath was covered, but the other bathroom did not have any wash clothes or hand towels. Also, knowing that keeping floors clean with all the sand is a tough challenge. The floor was clean and had been vacuumed but if you walked around in your bar feet they would get a bit dirty, so the floor could probably use a mopping. In the big scheme of things, the items mentioned were minor. condo is great, kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella all available for use, which is very handy. Really enjoyed our stay here!
