    Välkommen till vårt lilla paradis på ön Maui. .. en rymlig ett sovrum lägenhet med allt du behöver för din semester i detta paradis. Vårt välskött hem hemifrån har ett kök med bänkskivor i granit och är fyllt med allt du behöver för att förbereda något av dina måltider på semester. Det finns också en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten för din bekvämlighet. Vi levererar all tvätttvål, diskmedel, sängkläder, handdukar, kylare, strandstolar och badlakan för dina besök på Maui vackra stränder ..... också en startleverans av pappershanddukar och toalettpapper. Njut av dina måltider på vår stora lanai med utsikt över havet och vi är bara några steg från en av de vackraste stränderna - Kamaole 1. Detta välskötta komplex har en pool, badtunna, bastu och grillplatser. Det finns shopping, bra restauranger och mataffärer inom gångavstånd. Koppla av och njut av din semester i vårt hem hemifrån .. du kommer att älska det!

beautiful condo, great location

we loved our stay here, we felt so comfortable at this place and loved the large balcony. we loved the location, so close to the beach and shops. it was very quiet and clean and would love to stay here again. the owners were great in keeping in touch with everything.

Fantastic location and great hosts!

Clean and modern condo with a fantastic location in central Kihei. 2 blocks to the beach and near some good restaurants and a must visit bakery. The hosts were very accommodating and were great communicators. I would gladly stay here again

Kihei condo

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. There are lots of amenities nearby and the beach is a block away. The condo itself has a large deck that we would often use in the morning and evening along with a beautiful pool area.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was the perfect place for us to hang our hats while we explored the various corners of the island. Being centrally located made gave easy access to both East and West sides.

Awesome Location

The property was bigger than what we were expecting. Living room area was spacious and bedroom was comfy. We had everything we needed in the apartment and we’re close to many local food spots. Beach right across the street and views of the ocean that were surreal.

Fantastic stay!

My daughter and I enjoyed the pool and the hot top. The condo was way better than we expected. We absolutely enjoyed our stay except a cockroach we saw in the kitchen on our last day.😟

Beautiful property and area

I loved this spacious apartment and lovely big balcony … everything we needed was there even two beach towels and sun loungers ready for us. Perfect location, property for two and host… who was extremely helpful and on the other end of email/phone when needed. Quick responses and would definitely recommend

Perfect spot close to everything

Our stay was perfect. The listing was exactly as stated. Our hosts had material available about activities on the island as well as suggestions for activities eating out and shopping. We would definitely consider renting from them again! Thanks Paul and Mandy!

clean, quiet and central

The apartment is very clean, and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items. The building was very quiet and serene, and we spent many hours on the lanai watching the ocean view! The location is great as well, just a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. Keep an eye out for the lovebird family living in the trees along the driveway.

A+ condo in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for a couples retreat. I have not one thing bad to say. The pictures and description were right on point to what you get. The complex is really nice and quiet. The pool area was nice and clean. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and some really good food spots. The host were really nice and quick to respond to messages. I would love to stay here again.

Nice place close to the water

Overall, loved our stay at this condo! It was spacious and in a great location. It was a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything needed. If you have difficulty with stairs, then this place may not be the best for you and sometimes the bedroom got pretty warm. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this condo!

Really nice place! Fan kept us awake though

Really nice place with easy checkin, responsive host and all the amenities. However, the ran in the bedroom was so loud that even at low it was keeping us awake - and it’s too hot to sleep without it. The host said he’d fix… so I hope he does cause that was unpleasant.

Great place to stay

The property was just as described. The unit had everything you would need. The location was awesome. Just a few minutes walk to the beach at the end of the street. There is a huge pool and jacuzzi as well. Lots of shops within walking distance. Gift shops, souvenirs, hair salon, nail salon, gas station and restaurants. I definitely would come back to this unit again. And the lanai was very large and it had a view of the water. I loved it.

Home away from home

Great place to relax and unwind after a day out exploring! The condo is very spacious and clean! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well! Close proximity to the beach and local eats! The balcony offers a nice little extension to its living space and by having the doors open offered a nice way to cool down! Kitchen was missing a few items (salad bowls, and bowls to have ramen) and did not have any boogie boards or snorkels, if you are interested in a unit that supplied such things (we weren’t fussed). Otherwise it had everything else that we needed! As mentioned in other reviews, it has quite a bit of stairs to navigate with luggage. Mahalo

Hawaiian Paradise

We had the best stay at Paul and Mandy’s place. The condo is in the best location. We did have a vehicle rented for the week but truthfully wouldn’t have been a requirement, lots of restaurants and grocery necessities within walking distance, Kam I is a two minute walk down the hill. As for the condo itself, it more impressive and larger than the photos made it look. There is lots of room on the lanai and a great view of the water. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking tools. The bed is comfortable and there is lots of room in the bedroom to open your suitcase up and still leave room to walk around. We would 100% stay here again and recommend you do as well. As others have mentioned this condo building is not good for anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs.

Very clean and well located condo

This condo was very clean upon arrival. It has anything you need for your stay including very useful beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a cooler. The unit is renovated and feels up-scale. Additionally, the owners were very helpful with the check-in process by sending over clear documentation, and can be reached very easily during the stay. The condo even has p-touch notes in key locations to help you navigate it. This condo has anything you need for your stay! This condo is very well located: The kamaole beach parks are a 2 minutes walk away, with amazing sunsets, and snorkeling. Lots of stores and restaurants are located close by. The parking lot is safe. Finally, Kihei was a great hub for our stay as it allows quick access to any place on Maui. Thank you Paul and Mandy for the great stay! We would come back anytime.

Beautiful condo and great location

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Maui Kihei Condo, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The condo's location was superb, offering easy access to the beach and boasting a well-maintained pool area. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our vacation in Maui. One of the standout features of this condo was the attention to detail. Everything was meticulously labeled, making it a breeze to operate appliances and find our way around the condo. The thoughtful organization made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. It was evident that the owner had gone the extra mile to ensure guests' comfort and convenience. Another aspect that impressed us was the outstanding communication and information provided by the owner. Prior to our arrival, we received detailed instructions and useful recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities. This level of communication helped us plan our itinerary and make the most of our time in Maui. Any questions we had during our stay were promptly addressed, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight. Within minutes, we could walk to the sandy shores and immerse ourselves in the stunning beauty of the ocean. Whether we wanted to catch a breathtaking sunrise or simply relax with a book under the shade of a palm tree, the convenience of being so close to the beach was a true luxury. The pool area of the condo complex was a delightful retreat as well. It was well-maintained, offering a clean and inviting space to cool off and unwind. The pool's amenities and comfortable loungers provided the perfect setting for relaxation after a day of exploring Maui's breathtaking landscapes. Overall, our experience at the Maui Kihei Condo was nothing short of exceptional. The great location, meticulous labeling, excellent communication, and proximity to the beach and pool area created a wonderful environment for a memorable vacation. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Maui.

Easy to rent, we previously stayed @ 6 or 7 Alii Kai condos and this unit was the best ( tasteful decor, clean, nicely appointed,...) Highly recommend this unit.

A good value condo!

Pros: -Close to lots of shops, restaurants, beaches! (within walking distance) -Very clean! -Well stocked condo (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, well stocked kitchen) -Nice lanai with partial oceanview Cons: -Window A/C unit in living room is far from bedroom, leading to a hot bedroom sometimes. -A far walk with a decent amount of stairs from the parking lot, making it hard when carrying luggage or for mobility-impaired.
