This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features luxurious touches paired with oceanfront serenity. Located in sunny Kihei, all of Maui is within reach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, plush towels and a cooler are all provided. Whether you dine out at a delicious local restaurant or play chef in our fully stocked kitchen, you will love your new home away from home.



The Space:

Welcome to our two bedroom Hip Hawiian Seaside Vistas. The newest addition to our family of stylish and luxury condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at Kauhale Makai “Village by the Sea”, a community nestled up against a charming beach; perfect to catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, a hot tub, volleyball court, shuffleboard decks, putting green, several BBQ grills with picnic tables and tiki torches. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and banana trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed setting, maintaining a vibrant community. Our condo features high speed internet and WiFi, a 55” Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps and local cable.

Our fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, blender, baking ware, French press, Keurig with K-cups provided, high end cookware, and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. Dine inside at our beautiful live wood edge dining table with room for 6 or enjoy your meal on the lanai and lose yourself in the sight and sounds of the ocean. The oversized sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper when needed to comfortably sleep six. The master suite is fit for a king! A stunning king size bed with direct ocean views awaits you. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed. Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. For your comfort we offer both memory foam and regular pillows. We provide fluffy bath, hand, and face towels to pair with our spa inspired bathrooms. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make sure your time on the sand is relaxing. The condominium complex features a convenient laundry room with coin or App operated washers and dryers. Parking is provided at no charge.

The Neighborhood:

Kihei is located at the base of Haleakala, a sprawling and majestic 10,000 foot high volcano. Stunning views of the mountain are everywhere. Lined with miles of beaches, local food & shopping, and close proximity to many activities. Fun fact about Hawaii- all beaches are public! There is no such thing as a private beach anywhere in the state. Together with neighboring Wailea, the area enjoys numerous shops, restaurants and “happy hour” opportunities. Kauhale Makai is a short distance from many grocery stores, including a Safeway, Times and Foodland. If you prefer Costco or Target swing by on your way from the airport!



Getting Around:

Most of our guests rent a vehicle to get around, it's the best way to explore Maui. Kihei is close to the airport, about a 15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.



Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.



The state of Hawai'i collects a Transient Accommodation Tax of 10.25% and sales tax of 4.166%. Maui county has a Transient Accommodation Tax of 3.5%. We as hosts are required to collect this tax!

Laundry facilities are located throughout the complex and are shared. Payable via app or coins. We provide Tide pods.



Our beach essentials do not include snorkeling gear as a covid precaution.



Pickleball players will enjoy Waipuilani Park, just minutes away.



The resort is designated within a hotel-zoned district and, as such, will not be impacted by the pending Short-Term Rental (STR) ban currently under consideration.



Interaction with Guests:

We live in Kihei and are always happy to help our guests make the most out of their trip.
