Med utsikt över den vackert välskötta tropiska innergården, har denna eleganta lägenhet grundligt uppdaterats. Det andra hemmet ligger i den föredragna byggnaden 3 på tredje våningen i den högt rankade Kamaole Sands. Denna rymliga lägenhet rymmer upp till fyra gäster i fullständig stil och komfort, med andra badrummet och fullt utrustat kök. Kamaole Sands ligger tvärs över gatan från den vackra Kamaole III Beach Park, med simning med varmt vatten, ett pulserande snorkelrev och en skyddad sandstrand. Promenera strandlinjen från Kam 3 för miles längs södra Maui-stränderna, förbi Wailea-orterna. Det finns gratis kabel och WiFi i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det rymliga sovrummet har en bekväm king size-säng med lyxiga sängkläder och ett helt ombyggt badrum med duschkabin och badkar. Det finns också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten och till och med strandredskap. Det finns ett skrivbord i vardagsrummet. Din gratis tilldelade parkeringsplats ligger i närheten av enheten. Anläggningen har en trädgårdsmiljö, komplett med tropiska vattenfunktioner, där Mauis olika flora och växtliv identifieras på plakat. Den glittrande poolen är den största resortpoolen i södra Kihei, och det rymliga däckområdet nyligen återupptogs. Det finns också en dedikerad poolpool för barn och två badtunnor (endast för vuxna), ett gym, vackert underhållna tennisbanor (med låntagare), gott om gasgrill och en 24-timmarsreception. Promenad från enheten till stranden är ungefär två minuter, från tröskeln till gyllene sand. Det finns ett dussin restauranger inom några kvarter promenad, tillsammans med kafé, uthyrning av redskap (kajaker, stand-up paddelbrädor, surfbrädor), hälsokostbutik och bekvämlighetsmarknader. Anläggningen ligger framför och mitt i Kiheis soltäckta strandkultur. Förvaltningsavgift inkluderar $ 1500 fastighetsskadeförsäkring Försäkring: En anläggningsavgift på 62 $ förfaller till fastigheten vid ankomst.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Had plenty of bath, beach and kitchen towels. The air conditioner was very effective. Condo was very quiet; we are both little sleeper and we did not have any issue sleeping. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were provided.The management team gave us all the needed information well in advance which made it very low stress about checking in. We enjoy your stay and would stay there again.

Great stay, clean condo, love the location and overall stay was excellent, Would definitely rent again. Only small issues were master bedroom room needs more drawer space and the internet for the tv in the master bedroom constantly had to refresh and would lose internet connection.

Maui Birthday!

Fantastic stay at this condo! A short walk across the street to Kamaole III beach or up the street to shopping and restaurants. A short drive to the Wailea Oceanfront boardwalk Trail & multiple beaches. Unit was adequately stocked, super clean, a/c worked well, bed & pillows were comfortable, lanai was awesome, check in was easy, owner was very responsive, the complex is beautiful and well kept. Wonderful stay for my birthday week! Would not hesitate to book the unit again in the future!

Really nice condo in a perfect location. The kitchen is pretty basic, and the AC turns off (goes to 76n degrees) every two hours so very warm at night.

The property was just as listed. Clean and equipped with all the essentials you would need. Beautiful view of the courtyard, pool and partial view of the ocean. Loved the location. Management team was very responsive and with clear communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas at Kamole

Our stay was awesome! Super comfy beds, condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the location so close to the pool and we had a peak view of the ocean from the lanai We initially had some issues with the tv streaming but once the manager was contacted they took care of it right away! Would def stay here again! Mahalo!

This is our favourite unit at Kamaole Sands

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands Resort at least a dozen times. It is our favourite vacation spot. This Unit is by far the best condo we have stayed at. Owner was very helpful and professional. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Beautiful condo

The condo is very nice with tile floors to make it easy to clean if sand gets in. Air conditioners in both the main living room and the bedroom kept the temperature comfortable the entire time. Location is close to very nice beaches and walking or short drive to many shopping and eating establishments. Must try the cinnamon roll place just down the road! Quick walk to a wonderful swimming pool and beach directly across the street. Only downside was the lack of commonly used items such as broom/dustpan, storage containers of any kind, and nice beach towels. The beach chairs provided were older and had broken straps which made them difficult to use. These are both very minor issues and overall did not impact the quality of our trip. If your goal is to rest and relax while in Maui, this unit is perfect for you. Looking for night life, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the price of the unit was very reasonable for both its quality and location. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great place to call home during your visit to Maui.

Always Sunny in Kihei

We loved this unit in Kamaole Sands. It was nice to be close to the pool with an ocean view. The unit is lovely, clean and comfortable. There were beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and beach towels which was great! The location is great as you can walk to beaches and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing

We loved this unit! The lanai is quite large compared to other units we visited. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, blender. The split A/C worked great. It’s a corner unit so it was very quiet. Any problems we had were taken care of very quickly.

Amazing vacation

The apartment was clean with everything we needed for a week. The overall property grounds are immaculate with nice landscaping, warm pool, hot tubs and grills. Right across from the beach where we swam with giant turtles. Property managers were responsive and overall stay went smoothly. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Loved it!

We loved our stay here. The place was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our bed was super comfortable. Our 2 teens shared the pull-out sofa and didn't complain once which, if you have teens, speaks volumes! Excellent location. Highly recommend it!

Vacation on Maui

Perfect place for 2 people. We loved the huge patio with a great view of the Kamaloe grounds and the ocean in the distance. We enjoyed walking each morning to great coffee shops and in the evening to restaurants. We’d definitely come back.
