We really enjoyed our stay. The lawn was great for our kids to run around and they had a blast in the pool. The location was close to everything and the place was perfect for our family. It was also well stocked with everything which made things easy. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Shower heads in both bathrooms need to be thoroughly scrubbed, black mold visible. Grout can use scrubbing.Who ever the cleaners are should be able to quickly spot these issues and clean it thoroughly.Washing machine can use some cleaning pucks to clean mildew. Tea pot needs to be replaced. Rust throughout bttom inside.Ice cubes dispenser is only crushed ice, after use water pours down and on to the floor.Should install rug runner inside at front door to capture dirt before it tracked all over condo.Also should have rug inside at back slider to wipe off grass and dirt.A/C worked ok, but didn't like having to wake up in middle of night to turn back on.Need to add rechargeable shark stick vacuum for ease of cleaning any dirt and sand they may sneak in.

The condo was everything as advertised and more! Fantastic location (125 steps to the beach), beautiful interior and well appointed with everything we needed to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely gorgeous place! Location was fantastic! Definitely the best positioned unit at the condo when it came to the views and walkout. We had a couple hiccups with the bedAnd ceiling fan when we got there, but the owner was super responsive and were immediate in addressing our concerns and making sure we had everything we needed. Well definitely stay there again when back in Maui

Great location & amenities. We would 100% stay here again. It was perfect for our group. Beds were comfortable & the space was gorgeous. Only thing is check in and check out instructions need to be updated as the timing is not correct, but other than that, the stay was absolutely seamless!!

Wonderful views from updated condo with plenty of room for family

The condo was in a great location near Kihei. The view from the large sliding glass doors was lovely. You look out over a grassy public park and straight to the ocean. There's a narrow sand beach that is pretty and walkable at low tide, but not great for swimming. There are plenty of public sand beaches nearby with parking. You can walk to restaurants and shops or take a quick drive to plenty of nice places. It is also an easty drive from the airport across the island.The condo itself has been updated and is in good shape, all except the floors still need to replaced. I imagine this must be on the list for a refurb since the rest of the condo is so nicely appointed. There is plenty of room, lots of closet space, and everything you'll need for a short or long stay. The only slightly annoying thing was there were notes asking not to use the air conditioning for more than an hour at a time, and the air conditioners were on timers set to turn off. We understand the high costs of electricity on the island and did our best to abide by the time limits, but it was a pain at night as it would get hot after a while and you'd wake up quite warm and have to get up and reset it for another hour.The price was very reasonable, particularly for the amount of space you get. Overall we thought it was great.

nice stay over all but need updates to ac/flooring

My biggest complaint is the air conditioning, It worked but they are old and have an odor to them and apparently should only be ran an hour at a time. At most you could only run them for 4 hours because they are set up to shut off power to the unit after 4 hours. That made it get pretty warm overnight so you would have to get up in the middle of the night to turn them all back on so you wouldn't cook the rest of the night. Some of the flooring was coming up and they have used tape to put the flooring back down. That's pretty trashy looking and would be an easy fix so I'm not sure the reason for using tape. We also had a couple roaches in the unit which I think they are fully aware of and just haven't taken the proper steps to eliminate the problem. They just put a few roach traps around and give you a can of roach spray to deal with the issue on your own. I don't think anyone wants to do that when they go on vacation. Other than those things, the unit is a good unit in a good location with great amenities. I would give this place a perfect score if they would just update the air conditioning, floors and take care of the roach issue. They could update the ac unit with the money we paid for the week and replace all those units and they would have half the issues taken care of.

What a lovely property!

This was the perfect condo for our group of five. Plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen, all the toys that you need to enjoy the beach. The property itself is well-maintained. The pool and hot tub are great. I highly recommend it. And the sunsets do not disappoint. Be sure to check out what there is in the kitchen already before you shop. There are plenty of spices and other condiments. Even plenty of coffee and tea when we were there. Of course you never know when it comes to your stay, but do check it out first. Aloha!

Top notch!

Wonderful property and the owner was so attentive and quick response to any question or concern. And for all the tall people who stay here, there are drawers inside the drawers of the kitchen where you can find silverware and such. If you are tall, you can not see that when you open the drawers! Lol! I would definitely seek out this property on our next stay in Maui

A "No Notes" Vacation

Our group - four adults and four kids ages 8, 7, 5 and 2 - had the best stay at this condo in November 2024. The condo was spacious and very well-equipped. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, coolers and beach toys for everyone to enjoy. The condo complex was full of families and kids - every evening the kids found themselves in playing football or soccer on the expansive lawn outside while the adults enjoyed sunset. We also made use of the pool and shuffleboard every day! The location was excellent - there were several great beaches nearby and so many wonderful restaurants. We simply cannot wait to return!!

Roach Infestation

Our stay would have been better if our concerns were acknowledged by host and the owners of the property. We got in after check in hours and realized right away that the unit had a roach problem. The very next day we voiced our concerns and nothing was done to resolve the issue.
