Oceanfront! Bottenvåning! Bästa läge och ditt vardagsrum är de 10 hektar av välskötta gräsmattor och trädgårdar bara några steg från den stora "L" -formade poolen i Maui Sunset.

Stor privat villa på resort condominium komplex på stranden i soliga Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Sovrum med king size-säng och med eget badrum. 2: a sovrum med tvillingar ner och 2: a badrummet ner i korridoren med dusch, stort vardagsrum, matsal, kök med frukost bar. PLUS stor privat utsikt däck ser ut mot havet. Solstolar, poolhanddukar, full storlek apparater inklusive luftkonditionering och tvättmaskin torktumlare. Egentligen, bara träffa mataffären och du är inställd för veckan!

Generell information:
 Maui Sunset ligger på över 5 hektar oceanfront på Kihei som anses vara en av de bästa platserna på Valley Isle. Kihei är noterat för sitt året runt solsken, mjuka handelsvindar och lugnande kvällsluft. Det är en av de torraste och mest soliga områdena på hela ön, i genomsnitt endast 10 tum per år! Världsberömda bad och snorkling stränder är några minuter på en av de många sandiga säkra stränderna i Kihei och närliggande Wailea. Bara en kort sträcka (6 miles) från fem mästerskap 18 håls resort golfbanor på Wailea och Makena. De två byggnaderna ramar och skyddar ett stort rekreationsområde som noggrant deltar och anlagts. Den 60 fot swimmingpoolen med sina branta däck och överflöd av poolmöbler inbjuder dig att förbättra din solbränna.

Perfect vacation home

Beautiful sunset view and easy access to pool and beach, comfy beds and couches, well stocked kitchen, and the most amazing grass off the lenai. Seriously, this place is fantastic.

Wedding

We stayed here with family and got married on the condo grounds while we were there. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and there is a large park/green space between the walk out patio and the beamazing. The living space inside very nicely done and well stocked. We often had friends and family over for supper and there was lots of space. The only downside at all was that parking could be tough to find at times.

SUPERB

We had a wonderful time and this place was the icing on our Maui Cake!!! The location was perfect! We literally sat on the Lanai watching the whales while having our morning coffee and breakfasts. A short walk on the lawn took us to the beach where we got to see the turtles and play in the water. The owners were very responsive and accommodating!! I will definitely be staying here again!! Mahalo for everything - my 83 yr old mother had a blast!!

Amazing unit!

We have been staying at the Maui Sunset for the past decade. We love the location, well maintained grounds and being right on the beach to watch the sunset every night. This was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in! It was clean, spacious and well stocked. It has everything you need! Having AC in all the rooms and main living room was a huge bonus. The patio is really nice with the two ceiling fans. We ate dinner outside multiple nights. We loved it, it checked all the boxes for us. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at the Maui Sunset, so we knew how special the property was. The only issue was cleanliness at points. The sheets were stained, and some of the appliances needed a good cleaning before use. But that didn't stop us from enjoying the place thoroughly.

This Condo is a gem!

We loved our week long stay in this condo. The location was beautiful. We loved the patio right off the large grassy area, proximity to the beach and the to the pool. The condo itself was so clean and we loved the up to date amenities. It was a perfect fit for my two kids so they could have their own beds. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Maui. Thank you for offering a great place to stay!

Excellent stay in Kihei

Great property, lots to do on-site and close by to shopping. Two parents, 2 teens 15 & 16, 1 senior. We alternated across our 10-day vacation with one day at the condo (pool, beach, shuffleboard, putting green, tennis etc.) and next exploring other public beaches and tourist spots (e.g. volcano at sunrise, Maui Farm, public market, etc.). Well-appointed, clean condo unit with everything you could need.

Perfect for my family!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The huge grassy area was perfect for the kids to run around and for the adults to play bocce (available at the pool!) during nap time. Everything we needed for the beach including chairs and an umbrella were there for us. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great location and lovely walk to the beach

The stay was easy. Beds comfortable, AC worked great. Nice to have washer dryer. Opening the sliding doors and walking out, on ground level, to the beach was lovely. So nice and convenient. It was easy to park close to the condo. We’ll stocked with kitchen appliances and beach items. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Reviewer Comments: the best feature of this condo is the location , beach front- but with a large open grassy field- which was perfect for our kids to play on. the condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. everything was nice an clean. one small issue is the beach isn't great for swimming , due to the coal and rocks on the shore, but there are many swimmable beaches very close by ( within a mile). every night you get a front row view of the sunset which was great. i would 100% book this room again

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described. The location was great. It was not completely clean when we arrived. There were used coffee grinds in the pot, the floor was gritty, and the sheets were not washed. The washing machine was broken and we had not been told beforehand. There was constant construction noise from the adjoining condo. When we finally got a response from the manager after notifying him about these things, we were told that a new washer would be delivered (5 days into our trip). So one of our vacation afternoons was spent waiting for the delivery. The concerns about the cleanliness were basically ignored. For the price we paid, and our trip being a week long, we think we should have been told beforehand about the washer and the construction.

The layout is functional and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving equipment and the center island makes it possible to serve brunch to a group or be used as a large table to play cards when it's a bit too windy to play on the patio.
