A home on Maui

The property was great well maintained. The condo was showing its age. The kitchen was not well stocked with utensils for meal prep. There is no table and chairs indoors to enjoy a meal. The outdoor furniture is old And uncomfortable.

Very nice apartment and very modern

The apartment looks exactly as pictured. The lanai is such a nice touch. It’s in a very cute complex very close to ocean access (not a swimable beach, but a small pretty beach). They had lots of beach supplies that were very useful! They had beach mats, beach towels, lawn chairs, etc. We saw 2 cockroaches in the condo unfortunately but I think this is common on the island. The complex was nice but Kihei itself is not as manicured or as upscale as nearby Wailea. Close to many good coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Patio Door condition poor

Good location, clean, near beach and amenities. Enjoyed stay but Patio door badly needs attention. Difficult to close and very difficult to latch.

Great Central Location

Property is very nice and central to a lot of activities within walking distance and driving distance, the pool and hottub are a huge asset on the windier days and at night. No issues atall would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in an amazing location

Loved everything about this place. The location was perfectly nestled in between the beach and a business district of Kihei. Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, coffee house, Maui Pie, Nalu's, Diamonds and many more. Keep your drinks cool and snacks ready at the condo while at the beach, only a 2 minute walk away. Everything you would need to cook plus more! (ziplock bags, coffee filters, ice packs...) Beach chairs where amazing. The only drawback was that some of the furniture (outdoor and indoor) was worn (the patio chairs wicker was peeling, the coffee table was scratch up, the pillows on the couch smelt funny) but we didn't care as everything else was great! The shower rail fell and the manager came and replaced it the following day... great service! We will be back! ♥

Cute and cozy Condo on a Great Property

Our family enjoyed our recent stay here. It’s literally across from the beach where we walked each morning and evening. Quick walk to the grocery store and some shops and eateries also. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that was provided and the well stocked kitchen. The grounds were beautiful and my kids loved the pool too. Easy street parking right outside the condo main doors was a bonus too.

Great Stay - Great Location

The property was clean and very accurately described in the listing. I was there with my husband and our teenage daughter. The garden area on the property were well maintained and so peaceful to sit out back for in the afternoons/early evenings. The pool and hot tub were just steps away and often times we were the only ones there. Other times, we enjoyed chatting with the other guests and locals. The beach was just steps away in other direction and it was a great spot for seeing the sea turtles at sunrise and sunset. We loved having the folding chairs and umbrella provided, as well as the cooler and ice packs. So helpful to have those and not have to bring them from home.

Loved the location!

The room was nice and central to many of the things we wanted to see on Maui. Short walk to the beach where we watched sea turtle come to shore every night at sunset! Super responsive management team and great communication! Loved that the room was stocked with chairs, umbrellas and a little cooler! It was a great stay! Nicely manicured grounds too! Hope to be back again!

Just Perfect For a Family of Four

We stayed here for over a week and everything was perfect. The home was very clean and most of the locals were very nice (just please respect their values and beliefs of their beautiful island). The air conditioner was perfect the whole time and it kept everything cool for those wondering if one ac could keep up. The fold out couch was perfect for our two boys and didn’t take up a lot of space in the living room area. We also absolutely loved Wally who was the property manager or possibly held a different title, but he was great! The property is very well taken care of and is super close to the beach! Try to stay more south on the beach where it isn’t as rocky for the kiddos. We even found sea turtles a little ways North at night. Don’t pass up this great location!

Cozy apartment in the middle of Kihei

It's cozy apartment in the middle of Kihei, close to all supermarkets, restaurants. Especially we liked Kalama park where we spent time with our toddler on a playground and observed ocean view with sunset. Apartment full of all necessary amenities, including beach gear. Please, keep in mind that apartments on Maui don't include washer and dryer, you need to visit shared laundry room which is very close. Most important thing that beach just around the corner.

Perfect

We were very pleased with our condo, it's location and and the amenities that came with it. The area is perfect, the beach is beautiful and we wished we could've stayed longer. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

Perfectly Peaceful in Kihei

This property, facing a peaceful garden on one side and a quiet side street on the other, is quiet and clean. The decor was modern and furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The community's pool and hot tub were quite nice - and the beach ... well, it's less than a block away.

Lovely Experience

Great experience. The unit is nicely decorated and equipped. The complex is beautifully landscaped and the neighbors were quiet. The location was terrific. We could walk to the beach and there was a grocery store around the corner. Check in and check out were easy. We would definitely stay there again and tell our friends about it.

Great experience!!!

The condo is very nice and location was very convenient! We were very close to everything: grocery stores, coffee shops, any breakfast lunch and dinner were 5 mins away, parks, beaches. We had a great time with our toddler!
