Perfekt för par eller familjer.

AVSLAGANDE GARDEN RESORT - När du går genom Kihei Resort, är det svårt att inte njuta av lugnet på de vackert anlagda grunderna. Lukt på plumerierna och hibiskusen, lyssna på de lugnande fontänerna ... allt medan du kopplar av i poolen eller jacuzzin. Ha en grillfest under de vajande handflatorna. Kihei Resort erbjuder en underbar zenliknande upplevelse.

LIVSRUM - Beläget i den mycket eftertraktade byggnaden på grund av dess närhet till huvudgatan och poolen. Vår andra våning, 2 sovrum lägenhet sover 6 bekvämt. Det finns en helt ny drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som rymmer 2 gäster. Gå ut på den gated lanai och titta över de vackra grunderna som verkligen känns som en hawaiisk oas.

SOVRUM - Den första våningen sovrummet är ett nyrenoverat drottning sovrum. Det ligger intill ett komplett badrum. Det rymliga sovrummet på andra våningen är möblerat med en king size-säng och ett vackert takfönster. Det är också intill ett komplett badrum.

KÖK OCH DINING - Det vackra köket är möblerat med ett rostfritt kylskåp, ugn, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar också en Keurig-kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, riskokare, grytor och kokkärl, diskar, koppar och redskap. Vi tillhandahåller också matlagningsåtgärder, inklusive ett kryddstativ. Den utökade bänkskivan ger plats för fyra. Det finns ytterligare sittplatser för 2 på Lanai.

Great Location Wonderful Garden

Loved walking the beach and sitting with the turtles. Pool and hot tub well maintained. Met many owners who have lived there since the 80’s. Nice and quiet in evenings. Great Mai Tais and Indian across the street.

Excellent stay in Kihei!

This was our first time staying in a rental property and the experience was so easy and great! It was located in the most convenient area at the beginning of Kihei. There was plenty of space for my family of 6 to comfortably hang out in the evenings. There was a pull out sofa bed that was a little small for my two adult size brothers. But not to worry! There were two twin size air mattresses in the closet that we were able to use. It was a little warm, which was expected for the summer but the central air from opening the windows cooled the house enough when the Kihei trade winds came through. Overall, really great stay and we would definitely come back again!

Comfortable Beach Stay

My family and I were very impressed with this property. Not only were the hosts very transparent with the online listing, but they were also very accomodating! Locating the property was very easy, especially with the well outlined instructions the host provided us. We really appreciated their digital "Welcome" Guidebook that gave us a full and detailed outline of what to expect and how to prep for our stay. The Condo was very nice and in a great location! It may not have sat on the beach but it was right across the street and less than a 5 minute walk, which my family enjoyed A LOT. We really appreciated that the hosts took time to recommend places to eat and things to do in their guidebook as we had not planned anything prior to arriving. Fortunately, my family and I have nothing but good things to say about staying in this property! It met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely try to book this property again when we return to Maui, but I'm sure other guests were just as impressed, so that might be difficult. :)

Comfortable Condo

My husband and I plus one other couple stayed at this comfortable condo for a week and had a great stay. The beach towels and chairs were perfect. Loved the location - very convenient. You can walk across the street to a little beach or drive a few minutes down the road to a larger beach and many coffee shops and restaurants. To note, the bedroom upstairs is a loft so not closed in, which means there is very little privacy to sound/noise (if our friends in the main floor room woke up early we could hear every conversation and every kitchen activity/movement). The ad is accurate just wanted to make sure that part was clear. The hosts are great and super responsive.

Our first Hawaii vacation

We came in with 3 kids aged between 6 and 9 and had a very comfortable stay at this condo. The place was clean. And the communication with the property owners was timely and great when it came to questions we had. Overall would recommend families with young kids or couples to check this place out. The location also is great. And is right across from a nice sandy beach!!

Comfy and Cozy

Mrs Melanie has an amazing property. The upstairs King bedroom loft is adorable. Love all of the kitchen appliances and thanks for the coffee! There are seasonings, beach towels, and state of the art washer and dryer. Oh! The beach is 20 steps away. Loved the pool and the waterfall garden area too! We hung out on the nice Lanai too!!! You will not be disappointed

Ideal Holiday Condo

The perfect home base for our party of 3. Quiet location, easy walk to a quiet beach (the sunsets were beautiful); little farmer’s market, bakery, shave ice, grocery 30 min walk away. Central location to tour other parts of the island and shops with a vehicle. Accommodations were as listed and look just like the photos - clean and tidy, and all the necessary amenities making it feel like a home away from home. Instructions from host were thorough and any questions replied back quickly. Would definitely stay again. Mahalo, Melanie and Neil!

Relaxing Kihei Stay

This condo was the perfect fit for myself, my son, and his girlfriend. Booking and check in were straightforward and the two story floor plan was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was big enough to accommodate all three of us at the same time, the appliances were all in perfect working order, and it even had a rice cooker 🤗. Internet speed was fast, ceiling fans and a/c all worked, having a washer/dryer was wonderful, and the water pressure in the showers was great. Thank you Melanie for setting us up for a relaxing week on Maui.

Great home base for our family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie's Kihei condo. The check in process was a breeze and the condo was as advertised and very clean. We traveled with a toddler, and the location and complex were perfect. The beach across the street is wonderful for little ones, and the pool was fantastic as well. We would happily stay there again! Our only minor inconvenience was that the air conditioning unit puts heat out directly onto the lanai, which means you can't sit out on the lanai while the AC is on. That was only an issue for us during our toddler's naps though, as normally we would just enjoy the cross breeze from the doors and windows being open.

Perfect Maui Oasis

Exceptionally clean and well-organized place in fantastic condition. It was basically perfect in every way. It had newer kitchen appliances and everything we needed. The newer full-size washer and dryer were a godsend. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were excellent. Beds and mattresses were very comfortable. Nice bedding and towels, too. Skylight and movable shade allowed natural sun so the place was bright. Big AC worked great. Reserved parking space was close and ideal when arriving home in the evening. Hosts were terrific and communicative. They helped make our Maui vacation absolutely perfect. Would 100% recommend this place to our friends and family!

A Good Crash Pad.

Stayed here Tuesday-Sunday. It was clean and well stocked; especially appreciated the supplied beach towels, laundry soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Not far from a grocery store and had enough dishes/Tupperware to allow us to make food and pack a picnic lunch. The loaner ice packs were a nice touch. Being right across from the beach was great and the location is very convenient for getting around. Or if want to stay in for the night the complex is quiet, and the pool and hot tub are right there. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay and relax

This place is in great location, very close to the beach and also shopping area. They provided lots of items for beach, we did bodyboarding and relaxed watching the sunset sitting on the beach chair. The rooms and kitchens were clean and neat, equipped with necessary items. Wish we could stay longer!!

Ideal!

This condo was clean and comfortable with AC and fans. My family enjoyed the clean pool and jacuzzi along with the beach across the street. The owner responded quickly to questions and concerns and I would definitely choose this condo again. It’s close to good food, shopping, and easy to travel the road for sightseeing. 5 stars!
