Loft condo with stunning ocean & pool views

Maui Vista 1407 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering beautiful ocean views, a washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. Located on the fourth floor, the condo accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring a Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a Queen-sized Murphy bed in the guest bedroom, a Full-sized bed in the bonus room adjoining off of the loft, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by natural light and an open-concept living space, decorated with island-inspired furnishings and oceanic décor. The living area features a large flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and a window A/C unit for comfort.

The serene master bedroom, located on the main floor, includes a Queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Down the hall, you'll find a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs in the loft, the guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized Murphy bed that can easily transform the room into a functional workspace. The adjoining bonus room features low vaulted ceilings and a Full-sized bed. The loft also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample counter space. Enjoy meals at the dining table for two or the counter seating for four. Relax and unwind on the private covered lanai, where a dining table for two offers the perfect spot to enjoy tropical scenery and partial ocean views.

At Maui Vista Resort, guests can enjoy 3 refreshing pools, tennis courts, and professional-grade gas BBQs, all with no resort fees. The spacious 8.8-acre complex offers complimentary parking, with each building featuring its own pool, elevators, and tennis courts. Stay was wonderful. We came for a friends wedding and we have 8 guests. The amenities were great for our group who did different activities. Very clean and spacious and balcony was lovely to have as well. They had everything we needed to cook etc. Beds were comfy and clean with lots of towels, linen available

Une note parfaite!

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuitées, ma famille et moi. Le condo était suffisamment grand et confortable pour nous accueillir (7 personnes). Avant notre arrivée, les informations étaient claires. Lors de notre arrivée, chocolats, café et bouteille d’eau nous attendaient. Les lieux étaient propres et joliment décorés. Beaucoup de fournitures sont présentes dans le condo, ce qui a rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Il y avait plusieurs serviettes à notre disposition, beaucoup d’ustensiles et appareils pour cuisiner, BBQ, un lave-vaisselle, laveuse-sécheuse, savons pour se laver mais également pour laver les vêtements, cheveux, etc. Les lits étaient confortables. Des chaises de plage, raquettes de tennis (parce que nous avons même accès aux terrains du condo), glacière, jeux pour la plage, ont facilité nos sorties. L’emplacement a Kihei était magnifique. Nous pouvons apprécier le coucher de soleil du balcon ou traverser la rue et se rendre à la plage pour le voir. C’est littéralement à une minute de marche. En résumé, tout était parfait. Mahalo!

Great piece of paradise

The place was perfect and right across from the ocean. We enjoyed breakfast from the balcony majority of the days. Walking to the beach was easy. The kids loved the pool. We were there 2 wks and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We would come back!

Great location, lacking in cleanliness

We arrived for check in around 11pm because of our flight. The lights and ac were on which was nice. However, when I went to put my clothing away in the drawers of the loft, the drawers were full of little worms. Really gross. There was a pile of dirt in the kitchen that was left. The handles and knobs in the kitchen are dirty. The whole place needs a deep clean. There is a thick layer of dust on the fixtures. The adjoining room of the loft has a fan but it still gets very hot. The kitchen did not have oil, salt and pepper as advertised in the listing and many of the lightbulbs were burnt out. We’ve stayed at Maui Vistas before and the location is fantastic. The pools are clean and enjoyable and access to the beach is right across the street. We woke up on our final day with worms in our bed. Sadly not accommodation we were hoping for.

Nice place. Small but fit our family. Great view.

Overall nice and clean. Great view. Washer super small and dryer doesn’t vent out of the unit. The dryer Overheats place if used. There is a turn knob upstairs that has to be turned every 6 hours to keep AC on. Kind of inconvenient. Some cockroaches in kitchen. No turner for cooking but made due with spatula. Oven does not cook well and toaster needs to be replaced. Main bedroom mattress has a crease and needs replacing. Hot water tank too small for any length of shower. Tv in other room not connected to cable so doesn’t function. There are a few books and games for indoor play. Also a few beach chairs and a snorkel with a couple fins for use. Plenty of towels in bathrooms.
