Ocean View Condo at Maui Kamaole

Welcome to paradise. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee out on the lanai looking directly at the ocean. Watch the boats pass by on their way to Molokini for a snorkeling adventure, the whales, when in season, are also viewable from the Lanai. The kitchen was recently updated with granite countertops and a marble backsplash. All Whirlpool appliances make cooking and cleaning an ease should you desire to do so. The newly remodeled bathrooms include walk in showers with tropical glass panes new vanities, light fixtures, chair height toilets, and mirrors. The cozy living room consists of large couch, 3 large chairs, turtle cocktail table, and end tables to enhance your island vacation. Hardwood bamboo floors extend from the stairs into the upstairs bedroom. Louver doors were installed for more privacy and ease of use upstairs. 3 AC units that are whisper quiet and resort quality are in each bedroom and living area. Maui Kamaole is a low density complex on 23 acres of one of the most beautiful tropical gardens in all of Maui. This unit is situated on a small hill across the road from Kamaole III Beach, not only is it a great family beach, it is one of Maui's finest beaches for all water activities. During the evening hours, visitors and locals grab a beach chair and watch the sunset on an expansive grass area above the beach. There are two swimming pools, spas, and two tennis courts. It is a very quiet complex away from the usual noise. This unit is a generous two bedroom, two bath, 1052 square feet. It also has three lanai's for an additional 225 square feet. The downstairs bedroom has a California King Mattress. The upstairs bedroom has a California King with a full private bathroom. There are six ceiling fans, along with three air conditioners. However, with both lanai doors open the ocean breezes generally keep the unit quite cool!

Beautiful, clean condo in a wonderful location!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this condo! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the condo was large, clean and beautifully furnished with a great view of the ocean. The complex is located on a main street close to shops and restaurants, and there are nice beaches very close by, with beach gear provided by the host. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Kihei/Maui.

Amazing spot

I highly recommend this spot. It's clean, spacious and has an unobstructed view of the ocean. When I booked, the map showed the property being near Charley Young but it's actually right across from the Kihei Boat ramp. My husband took the Redline Rafting trip to Molokini and the back wall from there. Highly recommend!The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The property is nice and quiet which makes it easy to relax. Would love to stay here again!

Great location within complex and for beaches and snorkel tours

On the ocean end, it is one of the best locations within the Maui Kamaole condo complex. Notably, the map location on the VRBO website is incorrect. It is not located proximate to Kamaole Beach Park 1 (Kam 1), but rather is south of Kam 3, north of Keawakapu Beach, and directly across from the Kihei boat ramp. Nonetheless, the location served us well for walking to either of the closest beaches and to the departure/arrival of our Molokini Crater snorkel tour with Redline Rafting. The condo itself was clean and well furnished and is depicted accurately by the photos. I would not hesitate to return.

Fantastic!!

We loved this condo. Great location, clean, beds are so comfy, kitchen is well equipped. The view is outstanding. We could watch the whales play, and didn’t have to leave to witness the beautiful sunsets. Management was very helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this unit and hope to return someday.

Whales and Sunsets

Overall our stay in this unit was very good. The communications I had with Romvari were excellent and if I needed anything they were immediately responsive. For example I thought the place needed placemats and some cleaning products and the rep brought them immediately. There is an issue with the sink drains in the bathrooms which they tried to resolve. The condo is comfortable to lounge in and the lanai has an amazing sunset view. The lanai furniture looks quite outdated. Though you are on the front of the condo complex to view the ocean, remember there is a street and beach area ahead of you so binoculars would be good to view whales. The bathrooms are fairly newly renovated. The kitchen has all the appliances but I felt that the dishware, glasses, cutlery and utensils were a bit sparse and some looked quite old and very outdated. The beds are very comfortable. The unit is accessed by going up one flight of stairs, and the hallway and entry to the apartment look quite shabby. This gave a poor first impression. The complex including the swimming pool are fine but very outdated and don't picture yourself lounging in a very luxurious type place. Thankfully beaches of Kihei and Wailua are nearby and those are great. Kihei is convenient for tourists with many nearby shopping and dining options. It is very touristic. One bonus is that 2 whale watching outfits leave from just across the street from the condo. We used Blue Water Rafting and I can recommend them.

What a great property location and phenomenal ocean view. We saw so many whales we lost count. Condo is well appointed, parking is reserved for the unit, and lots of beach chairs, umbrella and towels to use for excursions. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this 2 bedroom Unit in the A area of Maui Kamaole. It has great views of the ocean and they provided beach chairs. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The balcony gets hot in the afternoons but provides a great view of the sunset! Hope to come again!

My husband and I were very pleased with this condo. It was beautiful, clean, and well equipped with kitchen and beach needs. We had a great experience with booking, checking in and checking out. Gemütliches Apartment in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand, bei Restaurants oder Einkaufsläden. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Pools laden zum Baden ein. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so zum Leben braucht, inkl. Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wonderful place in central Maui

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect. Situated in central Maui, it is only a short drive from all major attractions on the island. The condo was clean, spacious, and offered great views. It was the perfect place to stay in that it was affordable and felt like the nicest place you could stay that wasn't a lavish resort. I woukd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the islandnof Maui.

Great time in Maui

Property was in a great location. Walking distance to beaches, although we drove to a few others during our stay. This unit is in the best location on the property, right in front and no other building to block uiur view of the ocean. We didnt spend any time in the pools, didnt really even check them out. Unit was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Having the beach chairs was an awesome perk!

Family time

We enjoyed the location and the view was amazing. We loved starting our mornings out on the balcony. There were a few issues, one with a bathroom sink and the other with the dishwasher. They came out quickly to fix.
