Beautiful, clean condo! Great views of the ocean, mountains and deer in the empty lot next to the complex. Well stocked with high end items. Extra paper goods were appreciated. The property was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Only two things missing were a screen door on the bedroom lanai slider and a full length mirror. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great place!!

This wonderful property was clean, equipped with anything you need, and nicely situated! Fantastic view from the lanai and very close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Another fantastic stay! This unit is clean, comfortable and has everything you need, including excellent AC and great beach essentials/toys. The host was friendly and very responsive and the view from the lanai was incredible! We enjoyed many peaceful mornings on the lanai watching the deer graze in the vacant lot next door and many breathtaking evenings watching the sunset over the ocean. This is the best unit we’ve stayed in at this property over the years, and it will be our first choice when we return. Also, overlook the previous reviews that say a coffee table is needed as the unit does in fact have a coffee table (I assume the host took those reviews to heart and added one). We had a lovely time!!

Wonderful property

We had an amazing time staying at this property, we have been going to Maui for 20 years and this is one of the best rooms we have ever had. Everything was exactly as described and I would recommend it to anyone!

A little piece of paradise

Everything was as described; very comfortable bed; great location; we walked to stores and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Kihei has everything you need. People are helpful and friendly. Shaved ice and smoothies were a big hit with all of us. The beach was spectacular and we saw turtles swimming by almost ever day. Loved our time here.

We love this area of Maui and this is our 3rd stay at the Maui Banyan, but first time in this unit. My favorite unit so far due the view of the open space, ocean and up country. We loved everything about the unit, has everything you could want in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies, but the beds were too firm for us so we did not rest well. Other than that it would have been 5 star!

Enjoyed out stay immensely. Really like the location and the views. Only 1 minor complaint. The toilet tank in one of the bathrooms leaked while we were there, but it was fixed the next day. My complaint is we weren't given any kind of notification of the repair so we actually didn't use the bathroom for another day as we thought it was still not working.

Perfect Location

We loved staying in this condo which was just across the street from Kam 2. The location is amazing, the bed was comfortable, the condo was clean, and we really appreciated Matt’s kind and professional correspondence! PMI maui was kind enough to provide us with a pack and play for our daughter along with some great sand toys, chairs and umbrellas they have for guests to use. We couldn’t wait to go to Kam 1 during the mornings and enjoyed sunset at Kam 2 each evening. Access to grab and go food was ideal as we were traveling with 2 little ones! I wish we were still there! It was perfect for our family. Thank you Matt.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several suites at the Maui Banyan over the last 33 years. This one was better than many. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and pots/pans for cooking. Also lots of bath towels, beach towels etc. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Suite was very clean on arrival. There were a few minor maintenance items which have been reported to the property management company, nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our time in Kihei. We had a few emails with property management before we arrived and they were prompt in their replies. One comment: it would be nice to have a small coffee table as there is nowhere to place a drink while sitting at one end of the couch.Thanks!

The suite is well kept, very clean, has all the bells & whistles one needs for a great stay, & super comfortable. Being that we were there in late October to early November, we were able to see the sunset from our balcony which was stunning. Further to that Maui Banyan is right across the street from Kam 2, so a few nights were spent on the beach watching the sun setting which was spectacular. We were sad to leave our new home away from home but look forward to our next trip there. PMI were wonderful to work with & very accomodating in making our trip happen, we appreciate all they did for us & highly recommend booking with them for a great stay.
