Oceanfront Sugar Beach Resort renoverade takvåning - fantastisk havsutsikt!

Välkommen till Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse 34, en av de bästa lägenheterna med havsutsikt i Maui. Övre våningen Lanai är mycket privat och ser ut på oändliga havet och 5 miles av vit sandstrand - perfekt för fredliga morgon- eller kvällspromenader. Titta på valarna under valssäsongen (januari till april) utan att lämna bostaden, och upplev några av de bästa solnedgångarna i Maui från balkongen. Havsutsikten är spektakulär !!

PH34 hyrs direkt från ägarna. Köket och badet ombyggdes i augusti 2018 med alla nya rostfria apparater och vackra kvartsräknare i köket för en mycket ren och modern känsla. Den har alla nya mycket bekväma möbler inklusive en king size-säng med en ny madrass och sängkläder (april 2018). Bäddsoffan är också ny med queen size-uppgraderad madrass för din komfort. Dessa lägenheter har också en smart platt-TV och en Bluetooth-JBL-högtalare så att du enkelt kan njuta av musik direkt från din telefon medan du äter middag i köket och njuter av utsikten. Vi har tillhandahållit gratis wifi också för din bekvämlighet.

Vår lägenhet har också central luftkonditionering som är sällsynt för maui condos - håll insidan vid vilken temperatur som helst som gör dig mest bekväm. Dessa lägenheter är smakfullt utrustade med allt du behöver, inklusive boogiebrädor, parasoll, strandhanddukar, solstolar etc.

Komplexet har hissar för enkel åtkomst från lägenheten till stranden och vacker pool vid havet, spa och grill. Grunderna är välskötta och gräset leder dig rätt till stranden, bara några steg bort. Det finns ett aktivitetsbokningsföretag i lobbyn så att du kan dra nytta av Mauis sevärdheter och utflykter, eller bara koppla av hela veckan och inte göra någonting.

Sugar Beach är bekvämt beläget på västra sidan av Maui. Det är cirka 15 minuter från flygplatsen (och Costco!), 15-20 minuter norr om Wailea och 30 minuter söder om Kaanapali och Lahaina.

This guy is a saint. I reserved this unit in May but had to cancel due to unexpected death of my brother in law. It was just a few days before our arrival. So I had to cancel and lost the fee. Kevin rented the unit for a few nights and sent me the . He didn’t have to do that. He’s one in a million. I highly recommend renting from him. The condo is in a perfect spot. Convenient to any place on the island and just minutes from airport. We particularly enjoyed the crashing waves at night. Right on the beach. Recently updated and tastefully done.

Most beautiful view! Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean. Biggest let down was the unit felt “cheap,” more like a dorm than a penthouse condo. Scuff marks were haphazardly painted over so very noticeable, and decor was minimalistic to a fault. With just a little care to details this property would be amazing. It’s an older building so there are some quirks (like the dryer venting in the bathroom) but all in all it was a great stay.

The property was just as fantastic as we expected! Right on the water with an amazing view, large patio to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was appreciated. The kitchen is very stocked with anything you could think of! Some reviews I read stated that the bathroom door was odd/did not exist. We did not find this to be true as there is a pocket door to the bathroom which provided privacy. My husband and I look forward to booking this unit again next year!

A pleasant stay

I think the unit is very nice. Lovely view and layout. Air conditioning was “Hawaiian style”. (We used the fan in the bedroom.) it was so nice for you to provide 4 beach towels, two beach chairs,plenty of shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels. This is not always the case! Pool was really nice. Cool water. Comfy lounge chairs. Checking in was a small hassle. We got there at 6pm. We went back the next day at 2:00. There was a sign on the door stating that she “would be back soon.” So we tried a third time and we would have had to return a fourth time since we did not know our license plate number. ( we were mad and we decided to risk it) Other than that it was a really nice vacation before our conference.

Beautiful ocean view

Had a excellent time in this clean, well equipped and updated condo with breath taking views of the ocean. Pool was nice and never crowded.Kevin was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great stay here and would recommend this condo.

Book this condo!

I come to Maui once or twice a year. This condo is heaven on earth. The beach is walkable! Most of the condos I have rented, that’s not so. The ocean is easy to swim in. This is a non tourist but delightful spot. If you have a car, it’s perfect. The host has been amazing. I’ve already booked my next vacation here. Thank you Kevin for sharing this gem with us visitors! Cheers!

Honestly the best spot hands down!!!

Great location for exploring the island

Nice sandy beach and lovely water views. Location for exploring the island is perfect. Great sunsets but due to west-facing, the porch gets quite warm in the afternoons. We went to the pool and sat under the nice roofed area near the water that provided great shade and breezes!Communication with Kevin, the host, was very good. He provided for a late checkout to accommodate our late flight to the next island. The bedroom was large enough to provide for two extra large suitcases and the kitchen allowed for any type of cooking needed.

Amazing Location

Beautiful, quiet property. Loved Dina’s Sandwitch shop and the Sugar Beach Bakery. Location was perfect! Great views with the beach, feet away. The unit was uber clean, watch out for the sliding glass door (too clean/clear you forget it’s there).

Great One Month Trip

We loved our stay in PH34!!Being west facing on the top floor we had amazing sunsets and the sound of waves on the sand each dayIt is centrally located and has easy access to all parts of the island as well as being a beautiful well appointed propertyGreat communication with the owner through the entire process and was able to deal with a flight change seamlessly (Thanks Kevin) We will visit and stay here againThanks againKristy and Kelly
