Utsikt över havet och bergen från denna takvåning två sovrum, två badrum 1188 kvadratmeter lägenhet i den mycket önskade byggnaden 10. Kamaole Sands sitter tvärs över gatan från Kamaole från Kamaole III Beach Park i södra Kihei, Maui. Njut av utsikten från din stora 166 SF-Lanai; halvtäckt och halvt soligt.

Kamaole Sands är en av Mauis högst rankade orter, med 15 tunnland vackert välskötta tropiska grunder och den största resortpoolen i södra Kihei. Enheten, som ligger på fjärde våningen i byggnad 10, är en minuts promenad till sanden, med Kamaole III vykortstrand precis över Kihei Road från enheten. Det är svepande havsutsikt från den stora lanai (den största av de två storleken på orten).

Köket var utrustat för att förbereda och servera din privata högtid för tropiska öar, och har eleganta bänkskivor i sten, matchade apparater och ett komplett komplement med små apparater och kokkärl.

Vardagsrummet har gott om bekväma sittplatser och arbetet med lokala Maui-artister. Den klassiska trappstegen i trä har tillgång till det andra våningen och har även AC, TV, kabel och WiFi. Det finns stor åtskillnad mellan sovrum, med det andra i bottenvåningen.

The place has beautiful grounds around it. The condo itself had an extremely well equipped kitchen and was very clean. The view of the ocean and mountain was beautiful from the lanai. Parking was a breeze and right next to the building elevator. There weren’t any hidden fees unlike other places we have stayed in Maui. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Maui getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and comfortable. We are a family of five with a teen and 2 tweens, and there was plenty of room. We traveled during summer and the AC kept the inside temperature perfect. We also loved being able to see the water from the lanai. We had such a great stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Space with great location and amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo! The location is fantastic—right across from Kamaole Beach III, which quickly became our favorite spot to relax, swim, and even spot sea turtles. It’s also conveniently close to shops and restaurants, making everything easy and accessible.The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the beds were super comfortable. The layout was perfect for our family of four, and having the second bedroom and bathroom up in the loft was a huge plus, offering extra privacy and space.One of our favorite touches was the inclusion of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon—such a thoughtful detail that made beach days effortless. The complex also has a small pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, and BBQ grills—great options for winding down after a day out.The management team was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor suggestion would be to offer a bit more bathroom supplies for longer stays, but honestly, that’s a small detail in an otherwise fantastic experience.Overall, this was a great home base for our Maui vacation, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location & responsive management.

This was our 2nd stay at Kam Sands (previously bldg. 5). This unit has an amazing location right across from Kam III, an easy walk to the pool through beautiful grounds, and easy access to nearby shops. The lanai faces the beach, giving gorgeous sunset views and wonderful natural airflow throughout the unit. The afternoon trade winds (which typically start around 11:30 AM) do make the lanai very breezy, so morning coffee out there is perfect, and evening sip as well, though we found it too breezy to be out there in the afternoon. The cross-breeze is fantastic because we kept the front door open with the screen door locked for amazing airflow that reduces the need for AC. We enjoyed the three separate AC units because we were able to utilize just the one in the bedroom for our toddler's comfort at night without having to use the AC to cool the whole apartment. The unit's layout with the side staircase opens the space. When we had a small issue, the management team responded quickly and helpfully. Before our trip, they referred us to a local rental company that delivered children's items (toddler bed, stroller, boogie boards, etc.) right to our unit before arrival. We enjoyed working with this management & staying here.

Great time at Kamaole Sands

This was our second year in a row in this condo. It is modern and well stocked. It had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a good wagon. The stairs were redone and are no longer spiral, which really opens up the whole space of the condo. I've always had quick communications with Vacation Maui. I would book with them and this unit again.

Enjoyed Our Return Trip to Kamaole Sands

We have been visiting Kamaole Sands since the early 1980’s and we found this unit one of the best units we have stayed in. The air conditioning and fan systems worked great, the beds in both bedrooms were very nice and the unit provided everything that you would need in your vacation in Maui!

The best place in Maui!

We had a wonderful day! The condo is in a great location. It was clean and felt very much like home for us. The property was very well kept and all of the staff that we communicated with were helpful and wonderful! The owner was very thoughtful with supplying toiletries and things for laundry and dishes. Best Condo to book

For the price and location. This is the best Condo I have ever booked. We stayed for 9 days and loved every minute. Located across the street from Kamaole 3, we had easy access to the beach everyday. The condo came supplied with beach towels, cart, cooler, and chairs. This was a huge bonus. Loved being back in Maui!! Loved this condo!!

Beautiful unit, close to beach.

Overall we were very happy with our stay in this unit. We were there over Christmas 2023 with our three teenage boys. Building 10 is great (though do expect road noise), the management company was excellent to deal with (even when we noticed we were missing some stools around the island), the condo was fairly well stocked (and had perfect air conditioning) and it was very clean upon arrival. One other thing to note is that this unit is very bright inside. Other units are quite dark but this one has an abundance of lights which made the early dark evenings very enjoyable for cards and board games. It also has a separate wine/drink fridge which we were very grateful to have. The property has many great amenities but besides the bbq area and gym, we didn't use any of them. Proximity to the beach is great, it's within walking distance to many great shops and restaurants and the grounds are beautiful. We would definitely stay in this unit again, it was just lovely for our family.

Clean and great location

This was a super clean and well stocked condo. Communication was clear and precise, there were no surprises when we arrived. Check in was an easy process. We had several hours to kill waiting for checkin, but honestly by the time we hit Costco and the grocery store after our flight and getting our car, we arrived at the perfect time. Checkout was a little tight, I found myself still washing dishes and trying to tidy for the cleaners at 10, but I didn’t want to leave it a mess. We had a phenomenal view, this unit is as close to the beach as you will get in this complex. And the lanai was so big compared to many of them!! In the storage closet on the lanai we found beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, a wagon and an umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed cooking supplies and small staples. Everything was clean, beds were decently comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well cared for. And the split AC units made each space comfortable as each person liked it. We didn’t have any issues with bugs or the such, not even outside the unit. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Kihei is a great central location. You are able to get to any parts of the island with ease and it’s a great little town. The location of this complex was great, in that you have some stores and restaurants within walking distance and Kamaole III is directly across the street. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Great family vacation

This was our first time staying in Kihei. Loved the area and this condo was in the perfect spot. Condo was very beautiful and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Also Jessica at Aloha Snorkle is the best if renting equipment!! My adult kids would run down to the beach in the morning for a quick swim before breakfast. The complex also has a nice pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend!

Excellent unit and property!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and the location. We did a lot of research and I’m so glad we did. The beach was amazing, proximity to shopping was great, but we also loved the condo. It was very clean, top floor was awesome and well decorated and stocked. Would highly recommend, no complaints.
