Spacious and private with many personal touches, this is a wonderful vacation home that you will want to return to again and again. A brand-new split A/C system installed in 2024 offers you A/C in all rooms for your comfort. Kamaole Beach Royale is a short walk to the sugary sand in the heart of south Kihei at Kamaole One Beach: close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Featuring a boutique pool, a rooftop BBQ and entertaining area and a quiet, serene location, Kamaole Beach Royale is very popular with returning guests and first-time visitors alike.

Away from the hustle and bustle of West Maui, Kihei's Kamaole Beach Royale is a popular vacation rental property at Kamaole One Beach and close to Kamaole Two and Three beaches. Kamaole Beach Royale (referred to as KBR) offers the convenience of nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities, at an advantageous price point, featuring 65 condominium homes on 5 floors (administration, manager's residence, and open parking on the ground floor) with commanding views above the 4th floor.

The host was very welcoming and friendly, and answered my questions very quickly.The unit had such a beautiful ocean view, we spent lots of time on the lanai watching sunsets and enjoing the view. The condo had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, and other gear was a great feature, and the welcome basket was such an unexpected personal touch! Highly recommend!!

Home away from home

I stayed in this property with 2 adult family members. The supplies were perfect and everything was excellent. I had requested that the 2nd bedroom be combined into one king (instead of the default 2 twins), which was all ready to go when we arrived (and very comfortable). We had everything we needed, including kitchen items, laundry, and very nice beach chairs and umbrella. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return again soon!

Senior girls trip

Very well equipped unit. King bed comfortable. Twins were quite well used. Binder should have had info about the Ohano from, the pool and the 7th floor grill and view of sunset. Some information about the tv remotes would have been useful as we are technology challenged. But unit is a short walk from some casual restaurants, a bakery and gelato. And across from a beach park. And it is taken care of and equipped. It is the first time in Kihei for us and probably the last. Our preference is for peace and quiet.

Would highly recommend

This was our first trip to Maui. KBR is a fantastic location across from Kam 1 beach. The condo had everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and all sizes of coolers. So many great restaurants nearby and the best sunsets ever. The rooftop BBQ area was awesome for grilling while the sun sets. We would definitely stay here again!

Maui Get-Away

We came to Maui to celebrate our youngest graduating from high school…he got to choose where he wanted to go. The condo worked out fantastic for our party of four. The kids could walk to the beach, skate parks, shops and restaurants. We could enjoy the g tree at view and easy access to many different activities. The condo is spacious and quiet with a great pool. Sunsets from the lania are hard to beat. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

We've stayed in many of the condos on this property and this condo was great & had a beautiful view of the ocean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the gift basket. It was a nice touch.

Great Central Kihei Condo

Everything was as expected and described. Nicely decorated in a Maui theme. No AC in the bedrooms but really not needed most nights. Close to all amenities, so you wouldn’t really require a car. Only slight negative would be that it’s a little noisy due to location but nothing the beautiful view doesn’t make up for. Would recommend to friends. Value is good in comparison to other condos.

Great Location and Clean

This property was the perfect place for our stay in Kihei. It was walking distance to many shops, and food choices. It was also close to so many beaches such as Kamaole I, II, and III. The amenities were fantastic, and the welcome basket was a very nice touch and appreciated. Overall 10/10 - will definitely come back for our next trip!

The perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted with a lovely gift full of Maui goodies. I really enjoyed the Maui coffee every morning. It was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us (myself, husband, and two adult sons). The location of the property to the beach was top notch. Literally across the street and the morning beach views from the lanai with the breeze was amazing every morning. The only “con” I would say if you forced my hand is the photo of the front room appeared a lot larger than it was due to the brilliance of the use of mirrors. However for the size of our party the property was perfect. One word of advise, look in all the cabinets for the frying pans and pots lol. We ended up buying a frying pan before we found it haha. It does get hot in the bedrooms as the air is only in the living room. We kept the fans going for it to be a little more comfortable. The place has everything you need. All things to make a meal with appliances you’d use at home. They provide beach items (chairs, bags, etc) and there were even card games. We played Uno and I beat my boys each time! I’d definitely stay here again when in Maui.

Fantastic views!

Everything about our experience was top-notch. The communication with the manager, getting checked into the unit, the unit itself, and of course the location. The unit was very clean, and well appointed. More so than anticipated, or expected. They had plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and a couple of boogie boards as well. The building is located just a few steps to the beach, this cannot be beat

Perfect in every way

This condo is in a great location. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, several delicious restaurants and convenient amenities like snorkel and paddle board rentals. The condo is equipped with the essentials for beach days. So nice to spend time at the beach and then grill dinner with a spectacular sunset view.
