Denna moderna villa är utformad för inomhus-utomhus boende med stapelbara skjutdörrar som leder ut mot den vackra privata lanai. Dra nytta av uteservering, coola tropiska vindar, spektakulär havsutsikt, en stor utomhusgasgrill och minikylskåp. Sippa på dina favoritcocktails och ta in skönheten i Maui.

Det stora sovrummet ligger på den nedre våningen och har en king size-säng, stort badrum med badkar, duschkabin, dubbla fåfänga handfat och en garderob! Njut av din egen privata bottenvåningen, havsutsikt, utomhus Lanai med solstolar! Det andra sovrummet ligger också nere med en king size-säng och ett eget badrum. Översta våningen har ett gäst sovrum med 2 fulla sängar och eget badrum. Den huvudsakliga vardagsrummet erbjuder också ett halvt badrum för gäster att använda.

Denna två våningar stan hemmet har också central luftkonditionering hela, en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, privat garage, täckt bil hamn över uppfarten för ett andra fordon, strandstolar och strandhanddukar att använda på stranden eller vid fastigheten pool!

Ho'olei-fastigheten har en fantastisk pool med vattenfall, grotta, sandstrand för barn och två jacuzzier att njuta av. Gärna ta handdukarna i din enhet ner till poolen för att använda! Det finns också ett gym för att använda bredvid poolområdet och en täckt kökspaviljong. Poolside massage finns också! Detta är en gated community med 24 timmars säkerhet tillgänglig.

Tillgång till stranden ligger tvärs över gatan genom den intilliggande orten. Du kan äta på någon av anläggningens restauranger och ställa in spa-möten, men observera att tillgång till poolen på den närliggande orten inte ingår i din bokning i denna Ho'olei-villa.

Amazing Stay at an Amazing Property!

Aloha! When we booked this stay, we were hoping for a nice place for our family of six to spend a week in Maui. What we arrived to TOTALLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!From the second we walked in, we felt at peace and at home.The location in Wailea was incredible. Just a short walk down the hill to Wailea beach and the house provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which was great. And the resort-like pool area was very relaxing.The bedrooms were large and clean, with super nice en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was a great central location to hang out. And don't get me started on the two lanais, one off the two downstairs bedrooms (more private) and the huge one upstairs off the kitchen with a full dining setup, a BBQ and a seating area which became where we spent the majority of our time.Oh, and my son used his spare time to learn how to play pool on the pool table. Future shark on our hands!The communication with the host was INCREDIBLE, before, during and after the visit.We will definitely look to return. Highly recommend!

Large Family Maui Trip

This was an amazing property that was tastefully furnished and decorated. It was well stocked with all a family would need for a vacation in Maui. Close to the beaches, close to restaurants and stores, large and fun pool area in Condo complex, beautiful landscaping and neighborhood layout. My wife and I were so happy and thankful we stayed here, it made our experience so much better. Add to that the wonderful CB management and support experience/team and as we were driving to the airport after our 7 day stay, my Wife said we were coming back soon - and certainly to the same place. Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful renting experience.

Family summer vacation

This property is absolutely amazing. We have stayed at several condos in Wailea and this was by far our favorite. The view was spectacular, the place has everything you would need to cook and the room sizes were perfect. It’s a little further walk across the street to the beach and you can’t use anything from the Wailea on the beach so we used the pool mostly. The pool was fantastic and we actually preferred it to beach anyways. The gym was also great and had everything we needed. We had the best vacation and were so luckily we found it through VRBO.

Great location, nice property!

This is a great location and is very roomy. It’s very clean and has a great view. Great for friends and family. Everything you need for the beach and is just a .5 walk to the beach. Property host was very nice and attentive. We did have a slight issue with a couple of things. The first night the smoke detector kept beeping.. haha. No problem just removed the battery. Then the bbq wouldn’t stay lit, the dishwasher broke (wouldn’t drain), and one of the stovetops kept going out. This was just a slight annoyance, but overall it was great. The gym is incredible and the pool and spa is really nice too.

What a fantastic property!

This house was perfect for our two families with kiddos. Super close access to the beaches, shops, onsite pool, etc. The house was well stocked with supplies and beach accessories which was a huge help to us. Bonus for our crew was the sweet island cat that came to visit us each day on the patio. She was adorable and the kids loved her. :)

Luxury property and convenient

Great location, very luxurious accommodations, great views (not true of all Ho’olei units) and this unit has two full sized beds in the third bedroom, which was terrific for two teens plus grandparents and us. We’d stay there again

Not a luxury property

This is advertised as a luxury property. Hoolei is a lovely property but this unit does not have luxury furnishings. The lanai furniture is completely worn out. The ratan furniture is worn to the frame in places. The unit is very tired and more at a 2 star level than the 5 star advertisement.

Paradise…and so much more!

This house was truly paradise in Wailea. The house was as advertised…spacious, luxurious, amenity rich and had the most calming view of the ocean. Hard not to spend every waking moment on the upstairs lanai. The house had everything we needed for the beach, the pool, relaxing and cooking a meal. The pool was perfect to take a break from the beach or the daily hustle…the night swimming was great. Would rent again and highly recommend to a large family or multiple families.

Read the Fine Print

Love Ho’Olei. Have stayed in these condos 8-10 times. Have most always booked through VRBO. Every unit we have ever booked until this one has had use of Grand Wailea facilities- pool, beach, and fitness center. After booking we started making reservations for dinners appropriately 10 days later, and realized from the concierge that this unit was not connected. Immediately contacted the property manager and explained the screw up, but we were within 60 days and their policy was no refund within 60 days. Condo has great view, and property manager was courteous and promptly resolved issues in the condo during our stay, but we didn’t have access to GW amenities. Buyer Beware - read the fine print. No pool, beach or fitness use of facilities. Everything not listed comes with an up charge. No housekeeping unless you pay per day extra. No baby crib unless you pay extra. Also, no safe for guest use.

Paradise

This condo was incredible, fully stocked, and Allison, the property manage, was incredibly communicative and responsive with all questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend with the big family. Breakfast in the Lenai every morning, played cards on the Lenai with wine every evening. Such a nice time.

Excellent Condo. VERY good value.

We needed an emergency place to stay after the storm on Dec 6, 2021, destroyed the house we were in Kula. The management company was great to work with to get us in. We have stayed in the complex before on vacation - so we knew what to expect. Extremely clean and has all the amenities you could want. For the prices the value was amazing. Things to consider if you are staying there on vacation - There is a pool table instead of a dining table. This might be fun if you are on vacation - but there is no place to have a family meal, do a puzzle or play a game except on the table outside. Maybe a card table and some chairs would be an amazing addition to the property. We are tall people - the master bed was very comfortable by low to the ground. The only other suggestion is to be careful of the kitchen faucet - it is very powerful and will give you a shower if you are not very careful. For the price we paid - for a three-bedroom, this condo was amazing.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

I’ve stayed in the Villas about 10 years ago. It was awesome then and hasn’t changed. The view of ocean is breathtaking, the walk to ocean and Grand Wailea is short and quick. The pool area in the villas is also amazing. We spent a couple of afternoons enjoying that pool. I would rate it 10++
