We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Wailea Ekahi is a breathtaking, 33 acre, oceanfront resort in Wailea, Maui. This resort has 4 swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a beachfront pavilion with BBQ's. Within a short distance are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

A wonderful property. Quiet, very clean, and a fantastic location. We liked being close enough to walk to the beach. There was some road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The condo had everything we needed! We enjoyed swimming in the pool that overlooks the ocean. The property management was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much that we asked to add an extra day and the management promptly accommodated us. We hope to stay at this condo again on our next trip to Maui!

Great stay

This is our second time staying in this gorgeous condo in Ekahi Village. The location and the amenities are great for families. Very well equipped kitchen and all the beach gear you need. Makes for an amazing vacation. Will be back.

Beautiful condo and great location!

We love Ekahi Village and have stayed at various properties for years. This was the first time at this condo. It was beautiful! Well equipped with beach gear, everything you need in the kitchen, loved having 2 full bathrooms and full washer/dryer, and the property manager was great to work with. The lanai is on the smaller side and doesn't have a dining table, but the close proximity to the beach and pavilion outweighs that for sure. Definitely recommend!

The Perfect Choice

This is the perfect location in South Maui. The condo was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The host allowed us to check in early which was very convenient. It took about 3 minutes to walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Beautiful views of the ocean from our patio. Next time we come to Maui we will spend our whole time here. Close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to enjoy our favorite island.

Beautiful condo

The condo was updated with appliances, beach gear, extra bedding, and towels. The only downside was the noise level from the street. We were not able to sit outside, any time of the day, to enjoy the lanai and watch the sunset or sunrise. It is unfortunate for such a beautiful condo and great location otherwise. The pool code and tv remotes were a little tricky, but the property manager addressed them immediately. We had a fabulous trip and enjoyed the property, but we would not go back and stay at that particular condo because of the noise level from the street. Everything else was perfect!

Lovely spot in Wailea

The Wailea Ekahi property is the nicest we’ve stayed at in Hawaii over multiple trips. The grounds and pool are beautiful and the redone pavilion is the perfect spot for dinner and sunset watching. The condo unit is beautiful and modern and has most of what you need for a relaxing stay.

A very clean and nice place. 5 min walking to the closest beach. Good place to stay for short stay in Wailea. Only downside was the loud street just under the bedroom windows and lanai basically not usable because of the noise.

Beautiful property and unit, noisy location

We have stayed in various Ekahi Village units over the years and by far, this unit was the highest end unit inside. The Ekahi property remains top notch and it’s location in Wilea ideal. 18F is close to the ocean but also backs up to a loud section of road which can be heard inside and on the lanai. We kept our windows closed and relied upon the unit’s effective air conditioning to minimize the noise impact.

The unit was fully loaded with all new appliances and it was immaculate. The only small complaint was the pull out couch squeaked a lot with only the slightest movement and therefore made for a rough night sleeping with 2 people.

Nice place. If street noise from cars & trucks is troubling, you should consider something closer to the water. The condo was really clean & fresh, new appliances & had everything we needed and described exactly from that regard. The PMI property mgr was very responsive when one of the neighboring units had a water leak that affected running water for a short while during repair.
