Denna vackra bottenvåningenhet var helt ombyggd 2015 och varje yta är helt ny. Om du föredrar en av de kortaste och mest nivå promenader till stranden i Ekahi Village, sedan condo 21-C är för dig! (Komplexet ligger på en sluttning.) Njut av avkopplande måltider på Lanai med ljudet av havet och vår Peek-a-boo havsutsikt inramade av palmer. Om du vill öppna reglagen glas, slå på takfläktar, och ta i havet vindar. (Självklart har du möjlighet att använda de 2 nya A / C-system.) Vi erbjuder en blu-ray DVD-spelare och en 55 "platt-tv i vardagsrummet, och en 46" platt-tv i sovrummet som kan avnjutas från CA king size säng. En IHOME väckarklockan erbjuder enkel säng laddning av din iPhone. Det finns en privat Lanai utanför sovrummet som öppnar för en grönskande trädgård. Den helt nya välfylld köket har anpassade skåp, mörka granit bänkskivor och alla nya rostfria vitvaror. Köket har även en mixer och riskokare. Duschen har en egen etsat glasskiva, och sport både en stationär duschhuvud och en handhållen enhet för enklare bad barn. De angränsande fåfänga och omklädningsrum har anpassade skåp, en mörk granit bänk, och en av de fyra takfläktar i lägenheten. Ute i vardagsrummet, har den nya drottningen size bäddsoffa en 8 "tryckavlastande madrass. Det finns en fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten för ökad bekvämlighet. Vi tillhandahåller badlakan, stolar, ett paraply, boogie styrelser och leksaker sand, samt en liten kylare. När du vill ta en paus från solen, det finns böcker samt brädspel att spela. Gratis förrätt leverans av diskmedel, handtvål, tvättmedel, pappershanddukar, toalettpapper och soppåsar kan du njuta av även din första dag i paradiset. För alla våra gäster (och våra egna barn) komfort finns det ingen rökning, och inga husdjur är tillåtna i lägenheten.

A little slice of paradise!

We have had many visits to Ekahi and 21C was perfect. Super fast and easy walk to the main pool ocean. Ample space for our young family of 4. All the amenities you need. Clean and updated space. Owners were so nice and answered all our questions through the booking and check in process. Property manager was great. Would definitely rent here again!

Fantastic time at Ekahi

My family had a great stay in the unit at Ekahi Village. Location to the pool, pavilion and beach was great. You can hear the waves crashing from the lanai. The bed was comfortable for myself and my husband and our two young kids fit great on the sofa bed. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and pool floaties we put to good use. We would definitely come back!

Another great holiday on Maui

My husband and I stayed at Terri and Dave’s Ekhai home for two weeks in February 2025. For those who have not stayed at Ekhai before, the complex is our favourite over the last 12 years of visiting the island as it is spread over acres of green space and has direct ocean access that doesn’t feel like a hotel yet very comfortable. Terri and Dave’s updated unit is tucked away from the main ocean views but is so close to the pavilion and beach you can hear the waves at night and from the lanai. The kitchen was fully stocked, including Tupperware-type reusable containers with lids that fit (IKYK…) for leftovers or taking food to the beach, the master bed very comfortable with high quality linens and shower with plenty of hot water to wash off the salt from the ocean. Beach chairs and various toys available too. Shannon their property manager replaced pillows quickly when I mentioned the ones in the bedroom had run their course and they may want to think of replacing for the next guests. A service. This unit was perfect for two adults and could have accommodated a family of 3 or 4 if comfortable sleeping on pull-out or trundle mattress, but with one bathroom would be tight. Highly recommend.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Terri and Dave’s place. The location can’t be beat, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool and the convenience of leaving our things there while heading down to the beach to splash in the ocean. The condo had all of the conveniences of home and together it made for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Maui Life - Easy beach and pool access

Close proximity to beach and pool area. Beach toys, beach chairs/towels, pickleball equipment and boogie boards - all made for an enjoyable time during our stay in Maui. We love the shuffleboard courts and cornhole area that allow our family to play together and enjoy the beautiful Maui sunsets. Owners very easy to communicate with and responded to us in very quick and professional manner. Really enjoyed our time in Maui and at this condo community.

Not great

The unit is in a decent location but Ekahi punch codes for beach and pool access is annoying. The unit is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, stale musky order inside. All furniture should be replaced (incl beach furniture), black mold washing machine gasket, main patio under construction, gardens on both patios are dirt/mud and need attention.

Great Location

Loved the easy walk to the pavilion and smaller pool. Over Thanksgiving, big pool got crowded and noisy but the following Mon-Thursday were quiet and lovely. Could have used a few more kitchen accessories-tin foil, more tupperware with the correct lids, tea towels, microwaveable dishes-and maybe instructions on the TV remotes! but otherwise it was great. Hope to come back.

Great property for a couple

We've stayed at many condos on Maui - this is by far the best! Super clean, upscale condo that works perfectly for a couple. Comfy bed, quiet A/C units, full kitchen, and many beach toys/chairs/coolers. Great responsive owner and on island manager. What's not to like! We hope to stay here again.

Very Relaxing

We stayed for a week. The condo is very quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was updated and beautiful on the inside. The condo is a very easy and quick walk to the oceanfront pool complex (an amazing place to relax) but you don’t see or hear the pool area from the condo, which is perfect. The owner was super friendly and responsive. We’ve stayed at Ekahi many times and would absolutely come back to this unit. Thanks for the great stay!

A great vacation!

21C is located perfectly for our pickle-ball and beach needs. The beautiful common area pavilion and beach access are a short walk. We could hear pickle-ball activity by cracking a window. The unit received a high end remodel that is very fresh. The patio could have been cleaner, but a hose and broom were available. Thinnest TP ever - we bought a dozen rolls for the condo.

Great Spot with Wonderful Amenities

Condo was clean and organized when we arrived. The space was larger and brighter than the photos! The pool and amenities were the best we had seen in Maui! The poolside communal kitchen made a lunches at the pool so easy. Also, the short walk from the pool to the beach was perfect. Terri and Dave went out of their way to make us knowledgeable about parties and events taking place during our stay, and even made accommodations for our infant and toddler. We will stay again.

Lovely condo at a really great location.

Clean and well-furnished condo. Easy access to nearly everything. Very close to the beach through either the local park or the on-property pool right next to the beach. Highly recommend. Parking right in front, and it's a ground-level condo. The entire experience was seamless and easy. Highly recommend.

Ground level and had all we needed

The location was perfect-quiet and a short walk to the pool and beach. We loved being on the ground level so our kids could play in the grassy area. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, an umbrella, and a cooler for us to use, which was so nice to have. The unit was nicely updated and had what we needed. We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was equipped with everything we needed including a cooler and beach chairs that made our beach trips that much better. This unit is a short walk to the beautiful beach which on this resort property is a must since some parts are very hilly. We snorkeled right off shore and saw several different kinds of fish and sea turtles. The grounds and pool pavilion are absolutely gorgeous and seeing and hearing the ocean from this unit made everything even more memorable. Check in/check out process was very easy and the hosts are very friendly and offered information ahead of our stay regarding grocery stores, places to visit, restaurant recommendations etc. We will definitely come back to Wailea and would love to stay in this unit again.
