Lyxigt på sitt bästa med denna Ho'olei Villa! Mesmeriserande havsutsikt och ljus öppen planlösning välkomnar dig. Översta våningen erbjuder bra utrustade gourmetkök och frukostbar för enkel middagsbuffé. Njut av de vackra Maui solnedgångarna på din expansiva privata Lanai.

Det stora sovrummet ligger på den nedre våningen och har en king size-säng, stort badrum med badkar, duschkabin, dubbla fåfänga handfat och en garderob! Njut av din egen privata bottenvåningen, havsutsikt, utomhus Lanai med solstolar! Det andra sovrummet ligger också nere med en king size-säng och ett eget badrum. Den översta våningen har ett gäst sovrum med en king size-säng och privat badrum. Den huvudsakliga vardagsrummet erbjuder också ett halvt badrum för gäster att använda.

Denna två våningar stan hemmet har också central luftkonditionering hela, en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, privat garage, täckt bil hamn över uppfarten för ett andra fordon, strandstolar och strandhanddukar att använda på stranden eller vid fastigheten pool!

Ho'olei-fastigheten har en fantastisk pool med vattenfall, grotta, sandstrand för barn och två jacuzzier att njuta av. Gärna ta handdukarna i din enhet ner till poolen för att använda! Det finns ett gym för att använda bredvid poolområdet och en täckt kökspaviljong. Poolside massage finns också! Detta är en gated community med 24 timmars säkerhet tillgänglig.

Tillgång till stranden ligger tvärs över gatan genom den intilliggande orten. Du kan äta på någon av anläggningens restauranger samt ställa in spa-möten, men Observera att tillgång till poolen på den angränsande orten inte ingår i din bokning i denna Ho'olei-villa.

Villa was perfect. It was beautifully decorated. The lanai was perfect to enjoy the beautiful ocean view with coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset. Easy access to the beach. It was walkable, but easier with just a short car ride. The pool on the property was also very nice as well. Location was walkable to restaurants and shopping.Each bedroom was comfortable. But the bedroom with two queen beds was small for two guests and the bathroom needed an upgrade to include double sinks. Kitchen had everything except steak knives which would be a nice addition. So glad we choose to stay together in a villa and not separate hotel rooms. We really enjoyed our Maui vacation. Lots of memories.

Dream vacation

Our family gathered to celebrate my 70th birthday in the beautiful villa. The space was perfect for us all to spread out and relax. We could see whales from the balcony every day with our binoculars and sunsets were beautiful. Could not have been better in my dreams.

Perfect Floorplan

All the comforts of home, in a beautiful setting with a view. We loved the split floor plan with king bed rooms on separate floors. Great living room with big sofa everyone could lounge on, convenient to all of Wailea and quick trips to Kihei.

We loved everything about this property! Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any kitchen utensil that we could want. The management company was very easy to work with. The pool was every bit as good as any resort pool, and the grounds very nicely kept. We would definitely recommend!

Relaxation in Paradise

It was a very heartfelt visit to our beloved Maui following the devasting fires on the Island. In hindsight, we are so happy that we kept all of our plans. My Partner and Dearest Friends hold close to heart so many cherished times on the Island. These trips are not only based on the beautiful surroundings, but also, and more importantly, the beautiful people. It was bittersweet arriving in Paradise for vacation, knowing that so many have suffered such devastating losses. However, coming from the hospitality industry, each of us know how important this revenue stream is to any destination. Our comrades in arms rely on tourism dollars to rebuild lives and livelihoods. In that spirit, we were welcomed and embraced. The home was immaculate, well-appointed and professionally supported by a team eager to assist with our needs. Absolute gem in Wailea

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Your villa is so lovely and every thoughtful touch and supply was provided for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for dining and enjoying the beach and shopping. We so appreciated the beach towels and chairs and coolers to enjoy our time outdoors. The pool and fitness center were great as well as the ease of access to the beach and the Grand Wailea. We also loved how well maintained the condo was. My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed longer!

Better than the photos!

Our family thoroughly our stay at Ho’olei. The location of this unit was perfect in upscale Wailea for walking to the beach, shops, pool & gym but thankfully up high enough for gorgeous sunset views and far from the road so was very quiet. 17-1 was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, very comfortable mattresses and linens. It has central air with zones so that we could have the pocket doors wide open and lots of ceiling fans kept things cool on hot days. The kitchen, bathrooms & laundry were very well equipped. We were so glad to find beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of big beach towels. There were even sand toys. We especially loved the large open living/dining/kitchen area that opened up to the large lanai with comfortable seating, dining, BBQ & fridge. All the furniture was very comfortable with various roomy spaces to relax for the whole family. The large swimming pool/2 hot tubs/sauna complex was never busy and we never had any trouble finding 6 lounge chairs together for our group. Every bedroom had an ensuite and there was also a powder room. Note that it is a 2 level home so there are stairs but we enjoyed that it was an end unit with lots of windows. Felicity was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to answer any questions we had. We hope to be back and would highly recommend anyone staying here!

Stunning sunsets

Exceptional property with all the comforts of a home. There was plenty of space for 5, a beautiful view of sunsets over the water from the deck, lots of kitchen wares - plus an outdoor grill. Its close proximity to restaurants and shopping was a 10-15min walk or a 3 min drive. Pool and hot tub area were fun for all ages. Highly recommend.
