Detta fantastiska lägenhet på 3-nivå Maui Hill är helt ombyggt och har helt ombyggnad och har dramatisk havsutsikt från båda nivåerna och all komfort och bekvämlighet. Bor som en bostad snarare än en lägenhet, med inga gemensamma väggar och ingen ovanför - den här enheten upptar hela golvet. Alla nya möbler, sängar, apparater och allt annat är helt nya. Beläget i sydligaste Kihei tvärs över gatan från två av Maui bästa stränder: Keawakapu Beach (google det!) och Kamaole III Beach. Denna enhet ligger på andra våningen i byggnad K på Maui Hill Resort. South Kihei är hem för Maui mest spektakulära stränder, och är en vattensporter och soldyrkare dröm. Denna sida av ön har utan tvekan det bästa vädret och den mest soliga läget på alla Hawaiiöarna - det är verkligen paradis.

Denna fastighet ligger ett kvarter från Wailea, och mindre än 5 minuter från alla Wailea resorts - idealiskt beläget för bröllopsfester. Samtida och bekväma med att sova för åtta gäster, har Maui Hill de största planlösningarna av alla lägenheter i Kihei. Alla bekvämligheter är täckta, inklusive en massiv 70 "HD Smart TV med ljudbar. Dockningsstationer / USB-laddare, Bluetooth, original lokal konst, 32 "TV-apparater i varje sovrum och tvättmaskin i enheten. Titta på valstutarna från två lanais. Stor pool, jacuzzi och tennisbanor.

Beläget i hjärtat av South Kiheis fantastiska strand- och vattensportkultur: kajak, stand-up paddlboard, snorkel och dyka tvärs över gatan i orörd, otroligt klart och varmt vatten med spektakulär synlighet. Under säsongen hör du hvalsången bara genom att doppa dina öron under ytan. Surfa bara några kvarter norrut, vid The Cove. Med ett dussin eller fler utmärkta restauranger - allt från bra restauranger till avslappnad lokal biljettpris - inom en kort promenad har Maui Hill en av de bästa platserna i South Maui.

Köket är fullt utrustat för förberedelse och service för åtta (med ett sällsynt matbord på 8 platser). Handelsvindarna flyter vackert genom detta hörn, ändenhet, med vida lanadörrar både på övervåningen och ner och med massor av fönster. Ljus, ljus, luftig och öppen, enheten har även AC- och takfläktar.

Sovrummen presenterar vackra handskuren trä möbler importerade från Bali. Två Cal-Kings (med 600 + trådräknark) och tvillingar som kan lösas sömlöst som en kung på din förfrågningsfunktion med kvalitetsmadrasser och sängkläder.

Awesome condo

The condo description was excellent. This was the cleanest and overall nicest condo we have ever rented and we have stayed in quite a few. It was stocked amazingly well. The communication with the agency that rented it was 10/10. The resort property was also well maintained and well located. Its a few minute walk or short drive to the beaches. The access by the Days Inn was our favorite. It wasn't crowded and had available parking. Overall 10/10.

Good location, clean and comfortable rental, but not a stunning renovation

All in all a nice place - clean, comfortable, lots of room, great views, wonderful location. It was easy to spend time together as family, while everyone had a comfortable space they could retreat to. Great communication by management. The only miss was the description of the place as being a stunning renovation. I'm sure at some point that was true but that description suggests new and crisp, whereas the carpets throughout the unit were generally dirty (old, ground in dirt that builds up in carpets over time), paint was peeling on the steps to the unit, doors to the patio space were warped, etc. Things were just a little tired. Nice enough, but certainly not the look and finish we were expecting from the description (and given the cost).

Great stay in Kihei!

This rental was perfect for our group! We were two couples, each with kids. There are two rooms with attached private bathrooms, and a third bathroom for common use which was perfect for us. Ocean view from the large balcony! Very short drive (5 min) to the beaches of Kihei and Wailea as well as all the town amenities of Kihei! Property managers were very thorough in their communication and responsive to all of our requests. They went above and beyond!Would definitely stay here again.

Hawaii paradise

Our family enjoyed Maui Hill!! The house was perfect for our family of 5, including two kids, my husband and my mom. There was space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The kids really enjoyed walking to the pool and the beach was very close too. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo & view!

The Maui Hill 116 condo was as nice as described. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, the view from the lanai was breathtaking, the complex pool was nice and it was an easy walk to beautiful beaches. Ian with Vacation-Maui was very helpful and quickly answered any question I had. I'd highly recommend this condo for a family of 5-6 people.

Great condo in Hawaii

The condo in Maui was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. There were 5 adults staying here. The check in was easy, the unit was clean and there was always parking in front of the unit. I would definately recommend this condo to other large groups.

Fun family spring break

The 6 of us, 3 adult couples, had a great stay. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 masters) was perfect. We had friends staying at Kihei Surfside and we were just a short walk away from them and the beach. We never had a problem finding parking. The beach supplies were a hit, with a rolling cooler, umbrella and sand chairs for everyone. The separate A/C for each room was a plus. The unit is situated in a way where we didn’t always get the ocean breeze. The hosts were very responsive when we arrived early. Great communication. There are shops one mile away. We enjoyed a walk and cinnamon rolls one morning. 5 stars. Thank you for a nice week.

Perfect for family reunion with toddler

This unit was the perfect place for a family reunion, with grandparents and a 13-month toddler. The balcony overlooks the lawn facing the ocean beyond, and the unit is in close enough proximity to the community grill and the pool (which was never too busy). All rooms were extremely comfortable. I even appreciated that there was a small step ladder for shorter members of our family to reach the in-unit washer/dryer and the taller bathroom vanity sinks. As for the complex itself, it's a 5-10 min walk to a beach and a 5-10 min drive to the shops and other eatery/grocery stores. I appreciated that the complex was situated in the quieter part of the S Kihei road. All in all, we would return again in a heartbeat!

Maui Condo

Property was nice enough and a nice size for our family. Great location and beautiful view from back lanai. Description of the property was not completely accurate. There was one large lanai, not two. The smaller one would accommodate a couple people. It was described as immaculate but the carpet needs to be replaced, and paint and plumbing need attention. Some details need addressing like broken beach chairs. There were only five place settings, not eight which was less than our party of six, and the kitchen was missing other basic tools needed for making meals. Overall, it was a great place to return to after daily excursions and a little TLC would have made it more functional for our family.

Wonderful Maui condo

This property was exactly as expected from the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen was well-stocked, even though we really didn't use it to cook. We took full advantage of the beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even snorkels that were available for us to use. It was nice to have a full washer-dryer available if we wanted to wash a load of laundry before leaving. The lanai was lovely for enjoying morning coffee and chatting. The beds were comfortable, but could use some firmer pillows for our liking. Our biggest suggestion for the owner is to have a full-length mirror in the unit so that we could use it while getting ready. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent property and central location

We were very impressed with this condo! It was neat and clean when we arrived. The check-in process was easy and clear. The folks at the front desk folks were helpful and the property manager specifically for the condo we communicated with were quick to respond to any questions or requests, and very accommodating. The condo is open and spacious. Location is excellent as it is in the middle geographically between a lot of beaches and activities, and not far from any of them. While it is not directly on a breach, there were so many great beaches within a short drive, we didn't feel that was a downside. Highly highly recommended.

Beautiful view of Molokini, great location and chill property

As a previous timeshare owner in Maui, this was the first time I had to actually "find" a place to stay for my family of 5, including my wife's family and 88 year old mother-in-law. In my opinion we lucked out with this Maui Hill unit. The resort itself is clean, low-key, and located right across the street from a decent snorkeling beach. Great walking/jogging path north towards Kihei, or south towards Wailea. You are very short drive to shops at Wailea or tremendous restaurant options in Kihea. The unit itself is upstairs, but just two easy flights up wood steps. The keyless/code entry into front door makes it easy, as long as you don't forget the code. The condo has different furnishings than the timeshare units and some extras left by the owners. Good A/C, and we definitely needed it, in the main living room and upper and lower bedrooms. We easily had our 3 kids sleeping on pull-out couch and blowout mattress (15,20,23) at night which allowed adults to use the bedrooms. Good for parking older people downstairs in bedroom with twin beds, upstairs bedroom if you really crave privacy, downstairs master. Nice deck for morning coffee with garden and Molokini views. Pool and hot tubs clean - but be careful because you need a key to enter or exit, which is understandable, but tough logistically when there is only 1 key. Parking at property was never an issue and it was full at Spring Break. Other nice perks - coffee and coffee filters provided, good fridge and freezer space for your post Kahului Costco run, beach chairs/towels/kids snorkeling gear/rolling cooler ready to go and we used all of them. Some of beach chairs need to be replaced they have been well used. Great laundry setup and some detergent there as well. Basic kitchen needs there in case you need salt, pepper, other spices. All kitchen items pretty much covered - you could essentially cook in every meal if you weren't on vacation and wouldn't lack for equipment. Finally, TV's are great but you need to pay close attention to printed instructions or you have trouble using them. That or bring along at 15 year old to decipher for you. Make sure you are clear on Wifi access. Finally this property has a great vibe and I would strongly consider returning if I rent again on Maui. Very close to Wailea beaches and people are nice and down to earth.

Our first 'destination' family vacation

Eight of us enjoyed this beautiful but comfortable condo for 7 nights in February this year. It was the first 'destination' vacation with my adult sons and their young families, and first plane travel for the children aged 3, 4 and 6. Each family had their own room with bathroom, and the two little girls shared the pull-out couch at night. Everyone felt like they had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped - only complaint was that the toaster was on its last legs and didn't work well. Also provided were ampble beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and cooler etc. We watched humpback whales from the large lanai every morning and late afternoon which was really fantastic! The walk to the pool was a short one, and not long before the kids knew the way. It was also well cared for, with lots of lounge chairs and tables in the shade. The kids swam their hearts out. The runners/walkers in our group enjoyed mornings following the road and beaches towards Kihei town, or into Wailea. When our flight was delayed 10+ hours due to snowstorm at home, the property managers were quickly able to extend our stay an extra day for the same per/day price in my original agreement, so we were able to enjoy an extra day in Maui. Overall a wonderful, memorable experience. Mahalo!

What a phenomenal property!

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms gave everyone privacy. We loved the large deck with a view that is priceless! We didn’t want to come home!!! Any issue that we had was responded to virtually immediately through the app/website, and service that day. Beach chairs provided, beach towels, etc., provided - which was a nice plus. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, once repaired after 1 day… THANKYOU for providing our family with a great property, great location- and we would love to come back one day!!!

Wonderful property, view to ocean!

This property is located closed to the beach. From the patio we have view of an open grass area with the ocean in background. The beds were very comfy and it had everything we need for cooking, go to the beach. We walked every night to sunset .
