This one-bedroom condo has two beds and one bath for up to four guests. The air-conditioned interior includes a kitchen for easy meals and an in-home washer and dryer for the clothing and towels that come with repeat beach days. It offers a simple place for the family to reset between the pool, the sand, and a drive along the coast.



Guest Access:

Guests at Sugar Beach Resort enjoy access to the shared communal pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills right along the shore in Kihei. The building offers an elevator, disabled parking spot, and accessible-height features for easy access. Beach access and landscaped grounds with a garden round out the on-site amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Sugar Beach lies between North Kihei and Maalaea, giving families several easy directions for an outing. Walk the beachfront, visit Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge for open wetland views, or use Maalaea Harbor for ocean activities and the Maui Ocean Center. South Kihei brings more cafés and the active beach-park scene at Kamaole Beach Park III. The benefit of this location is having a calmer shoreline at home and familiar South Maui stops within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
