~ Location, Location, Location: In less than 150 footsteps (from the front door), you can not only be at the beach but you can actually be in the ocean! ;)
The only beach in Maui that used to be reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is directly across the street from the condo (less than 150 footsteps from your front door). It is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are all available at the beach across the street. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. ;)
~ The National Humpback Museum and Whale Education Center for Maui is just steps away (directly across the street from the condo). They offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an up close and personal view of the Humpback Whales swimming and jumping in the ocean just in front of the museum.
The longest beach walk in all of Maui is in Kihei (within 2 blocks from the condo).

~ RESORT LIKE AMENITIES include a high powered air conditioning system, keyless entry, very soft and luxurious resort linens, a super comfortable, ultra plush, king sized pillow top mattress (many of my guests say this bed is the BEST BED they have ever slept on!), 100% bed bug protection, pollen protection, and dust mite protection through very expensive and advanced zippered allergen barrier mattress and box spring fabric encasements that are also 100% pesticide and chemical free, and tons of fluffy and fresh down filled pillows. The condo is also equipped with TWO flat screen TVs (50” Smart TV with video streaming capabilities and a 32"), plus high speed wireless internet. In addition, you will find two DVD players (including Blu-ray, Netflix, Hulu, and other Video Streaming), over 150 awesome DVD movies (all genre types, including tons of new releases), a stereo with Bluetooth capabilities, cd player, and several popular Hawaiian CDs, Cable TV with 80 channels, a private, full-sized wet bar done in sparkly granite, under cabinet lighting, glass blocks in the bar area which include rainbow, twinkling LED lights you can turn on or off as needed, plus romantic mood lighting in the bed area above all crown molding. There is also a slate covered lanai with a view of the ocean, a Playstation 2 with over 25 fun games, a Sharper Image Sound Soother Machine, an Espresso Machine, a French Press, a Brita Water Filtration System, and even a built in Digital Safe: you choose your own code.
~ On-site, you will also find a large collection of informative Maui books, an assortment of interesting Maui magazines, several creative & fun card and board games, & a very special and popular Hana Road Tour CD for your vehicle that you can help yourself to during your stay.
~ For your convenience, there is also a very affordable coin operated laundromat on site with 20 full-size machines. Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent as its a personal preference item.
~ We do, however, provide plenty of fluffy, soft, oversized bathroom and beach towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. You will also find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach bag, coolers (one large, one small), tennis rackets, tennis balls, a beach paddle ball set, yoga mats, binoculars, hydroflasks/thermos', a luggage rack, an iron/ironing board, a magnifying vanity mirror that lights up, a hair dryer, a fully stocked First Aid Kit, back and neck heating pads with aromatherapy, and even an insulated, custom picnic basket (complete with a cutting board, cheese knife, corkscrew, and special compartment for a bottle of champagne or wine). We also supply a Sewing Kit, a Tool Kit, batteries, light bulbs, and plenty of cleaning products.
~ We happily stock AMPLE dish soap, garbage bags, sponges, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, Qtips, cotton balls, coffee filters, coffee, tea, and hand soap. In addition, we provide "starter kit" supplies in the bathroom and the main kitchen. Upon arrival, you will find 2 fresh rolls of toilet paper and 1 fresh roll of paper towels for the kitchen. This will be enough to get you "started". Our goal by providing "starter kits" for household paper products is to prevent the necessity for you to have to shop for these items during your first couple of days in paradise; after all, you are on vacation. There is also a "Pay It Forward" shelf where guests are welcome to leave their unused, non-perishable grocery items.
The premier location, coupled with the over abundance of amenities we provide, will hopefully make Tracy's Tropical Treasure the TOP CHOICE for your Maui Vacation! Several of our guests have commented in the Home Journal that the condo was better than staying in a five star hotel or luxury resort! ~ I just can't understand why anyone would want to pay triple the price to stay in a cramped hotel room without the convenience of a full kitchen. Did you know that almost all hotel rooms in Maui are under 300 square feet?
~ Also, with our 600 square foot place, on-site parking, unlimited AC, cable TV, an in room safe where you choose the code, & unlimited WIFI have already been conveniently factored into your daily rate. There will never be any last minute surprises! Don't you just hate that, I know I do. In Maui, unexpected fees can add up fast, especially when most places charge $25 per day for parking plus additional (hidden) resort fees, daily WIFI fees, & fees for using the safe.

~ Your fully equipped, heavily stocked, ULTRA FABULOUS GOURMET KITCHEN FIT FOR A CHEF includes full size appliances, maple cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, and beautiful granite that sparkles in the Maui sun. There is also a microwave, plenty of cookware, a coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a blender, a toaster, a rice maker, an espresso machine, a French Press, a Nutri Bullet blender, Henkel knives, a variety of BBQ accessories, and even a toaster oven. In addition, basic supplies like Olive Oil, Pam, an assortment of hot teas, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, approximately 20 other spices, and miscellaneous baking ingredients can all be found on site.
~ The custom designed BATHROOM features beautifully tiled walls, and a perfectly polished river rock floor. We were definitely going for a "Peaceful and Serene Spa Experience" when designing the bathroom. This bathroom is guaranteed to delight all of your senses!
~ The private, slate tiled LANAI boasts an ocean view where you can watch graceful whales play, the kite surfers dance, and catch the most fabulous, panoramic sunsets and vibrant, rainbow-striped skies. It is truly postcard material, especially when the full moon casts its magical light on the beautiful Maui ocean. The lanai is equipped with a teak table, two super comfy, oversized chairs, and two ottomans: perfect for resting, reading, and/or outdoor dining.
