Upgraded Condo Near Beach - Kamaole Sands 4108

Recently remodeled and with an open layout, this air-conditioned condo located in the quiet part of the Kamaole Sands resorts, is your perfect home-away-from-home.

Great for preparing a full meal or warming up leftovers from one of Kihei’s trendy eateries, the fully equipped kitchen features include a full refrigerator, oven with stovetop, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, granite countertops, large sink and service island that doubles as a breakfast bar seating two.

Companions gather in the open living area as meals and snacks are prepared, and then retreat to the private lanai to enjoy a meal together. Weather dependent, the dining room also provides a meal space with seating for four. The living space provides a comfy lounge chair and sofa bed that unfolds to a Queen-size sleeper. Complete with a flat screen TV, coffee table and free Wi-Fi for all your entertainment pleasure.

The bedroom is a pleasant retreat with a King bed and plush linens for a great night’s rest. The upgraded bathroom features a walk-in shower and granite countertop vanity. Other suite touches include ceiling fans for optimal air circulation and cool tile floors throughout.

At the end of the day, your home-away-from-home welcomes you back to Kihei to share an ideal blend of homey conveniences and resort-style amenities. Great Location!

This condo is so close to everything. Part of the Kamaole Sands complex, it was easy walking to the beaches( across the street from the main enterance) and to our favorite bars/restaurants. Our condo was in the backside of the complex and although there is a road behind the manicured bushes, it wasn’t too loud or annoying. I liked that, due to it’s location, our lanai was always shaded keeping the condo cool. The condo was clean although I felt the sofa could use a good cleaning as there are several spots on it. Also the mat under the kitchen sink and in fromt of the door are pretty worn and could use a good cleaning as well. Although the condo is a bit tired looking as far as paint, dishwasher, and bathrooms, it’s a great size for two people, decorated nicely and really, how much time do you really spend inside? We appreciated the washer/ dryer and beach towels. Condo has everything you need for the beach. Boogie boards, chairs, cooler, etc. I would have appreciated some coffee filters and some kind of cooking spray so we didn’t have to buy them and then leave them. Now all that said, we had a great time here! Condo is really close to the pool where we spent each morning after our long walk and before heading out for the day! Condo was clean and comfortable, communication great, and Maui as wonderful as always!

We really enjoyed our condo, wished a map of the buildings was provided in the pictures.

The condo was nice and was just what we needed. It was stocked with all the amenities and the king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Loved the beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, and ice bag that was provided. The air conditioning was perfect!!!! And the grounds at Kamaole Sands was very clean and we felt very safe! The new BBQ was a real treat!! Some minor suggestions and critiques1) the hall shower has rocks on the floor and they hurt your feet while showering. 2) I wasn’t given any checkin instructions what so ever. I messaged the owner with no response and eventually called VRBO 40 mins before checkin and did get through to the property manager. 3) I wish the description specified that it did not face the pool, I was unaware that Kamaole Sands had building 4, 8, and 9. Hopefully they can specify the building number on the listing and provide a picture of the building map on the listing as well. We will definitely come back to Kamaole Sands and are actually looking for 2 ground floor units next to eachother that face the pool.

Family-friendly unit in a great location

We loved the location, right across the street from Kamaole III beach! The unit was clean and well stocked, and included beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles and floaties. The ground unit was great with small kids. We would stay here again!
