This unit is fitted with bed linen, towels, two TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with mountain views. It is located on the top floor (4th floor) with an elevator accessible.

One of the best beaches in Maui - Charley Young/Kamaole Beach is in five minutes away by foot. Dining, bars, shopping, surfing lessons, shave ice! All within walking distance! You can also sit back and enjoy the peaceful moment on the balcony.
The space

Both beds are queen size. Sofa can't be converted to a bed.
Quiet time is 10pm-8am.
No outside shoes in the unit please.

It is a large complex with two buildings. Our unit is located in building B, the back one. This means it is more peaceful and less people traffic in front of the unit.

**Construction Nearby Disclosure**
The hotel next to the complex is having an expansion project. The project is expected to be completed by the end of December 2023.

Our complex is a large complex and our unit is all the way down the complex, NOT directly facing the construction site. See picture session for the building site plan.

Jobsite will begin at 7:00 a.m. and end no later than 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. and end no later than 6:00 p.m.
Any operations that may create excessive noise will be performed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Most people spend time on beaches/ attractions during the construction working time. The project started from the March 2022, when we first list this condo. We have had more than 70+ stays and 60+ reviews. Feel free to check the reviews from our listing to see how people say. We do understand some people are more sensitive to sounds and also some people may have different schedule - some people need quiet environment during working hours.
