  • Aloha och Välkommen till Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A13 i soliga South Maui! Condo A13 var helt ombyggd i juni 2015. Njut av nya Mitsubishi A / C och gratis WiFi i detta vackra och bekväma fritidshus.

    Kihei Sands Condominium ligger direkt på en av Maui bästa stränder, Sugar Beach. Från vår pool och grillplats uteplats kan du praktiskt taget röra vid stranden - ren, sandig, obestämd och sträcker sig i miles i båda riktningarna. Hur långt är det till stranden? Bokstavligen ca 6 meter! Våra uteplatser och gräsmattor är idylliska. Njut av varje morgon med färskt bryggt kaffe och varje kväll tittar på en spektakulär solnedgång medan du grillar middag och njuter av en dryck.
    Kihei Sands är en speciell plats full av Aloha-andan. Vår intima layout ger det perfekta läget för återföreningar, gruppresor, smekmånad, seniorer, familjer, par och vänner. Med 23 enheter att välja mellan är det lätt att hitta den perfekta passformen för alla i din grupp, från antal sovrum (1, 2 & 3) till sängkonfigurationer.

    En kort promenad nerför stranden hittar du flera restauranger och butiker, bland annat en färskproduktmarknad, ABC Store, Bageri, Shave Ice och en liten middag. Det finns många restauranger och shoppingalternativ inom några miles av Kihei Sands. Vårt centrala läge gör det enkelt att komma åt allt som Maui har att erbjuda.

The Kihei Sands jumped out at me while doing my research. We loved that the property is small. It made it easy to be together as a family even though we had separate units. The welcoming patio is where we spent many hours with our friends that we looked forward to seeing year after year. The property owners are lucky to have Patrick who is absolutely wonderful with any issues on site that came up, and Connie is great at multi tasking in the office and always had a smile for me! Beautiful Sugar beach is steps away. When in season you can see whales from shore and turtles will pop their heads up. It's a short walk to the ABC store and the farmers market. We couldn't find anything to criticize. We will definitely return later this year.

There were a couple of things that were bothersome with the three condos we rented. One of the units had human hair in the shower when we arrived and a couple roach type bugs in the same bathroom. Towel racks falling off the wall in another and the door code that quit working a couple of days before departure; that one was corrected quickly, thankfully.

The unit is clean, comfortable, great bed. You can walk to the local bakery/coffee shop, /shave ice. You’re close to Kihei, but not right in it. It’s quiet there. Great place to go with adult friends or the kids. Love going there with the grandkids. On site management, Connie and Patrick, they are the best. We will be back.

It was a great base to get to all of the attractions we wanted to experience while there. Every morning there was coffee for everyone to enjoy on the patio and chat with other Kihei residents. Every evening was "happy hour" with many of the same residents who were so inclusive and friendly. They were quick to offer suggestions for us to consider beyond what we already had planned. The Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums was a perfect spot for us. The beach was easily walkable and swimming in the ocean was awesome as there was a long transition before it got deeper than my chest. Overall, this spot rates a "10" in my mind.
