“Excellent location, within 2-3 mins to all good trucks and restaurants. Within 3-4 mins drive to all the beaches. You won’t find a studio anywhere which is affordable and is at the right location. Cloy is definitely an amazing host.”

“Great location. Great view. Nice condo. The only complaint was the pull out sofa. It kept sinking in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. We even brought a camping mattress, but had to put towels and blankets under it to make it flat. Otherwise great stay. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable.”

“Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars.”

“Cute place that is close to everything. Walked to the shops at Wailea as well as the beach path. Unit was clean and has great wifi. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Fiona is awesome - responds to any inquiries very promptly. I wanted to stay a few more days and her help made it very easy. Highly recommend.”

“For anyone looking for a great night of sleep, stay here. The bed was COMFORTABLE! Not hard, not mushy, perfect. And I could not take better pictures than the ones online. “We loved our stay here. It was a great location for exploring the south side of the island. Our studio was clean and the bed was comfy. We had everything we needed (although we did not use much as we weren't in the room much). Having the beach chairs was an added bonus, as well as the welcome basket was a very nice touch! We enjoyed having our bfast on the lanai with the pool and ocean view. The host was responsive. The place was a good deal (as far as maui prices go). Would definitely stay here...

“this was great location to restaurants. was very clean. could hear and see the ocean from the lanai- saw lots of whales. However, there was an issue on arrival-noticed a sign posting extermination services that were going to be done during our stay. called property and they were not even aware this was happening. my husband and I had to leave the property for the treatment and were not compensated for the lost time there.”

“About what we expected, was nice looking out the window and seeing the beach and ocean. Slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Location was perfect, parking was sometimes a challenge as there is no designated spots for this property. I would say the one thing that we weren't happy with was the towels didn't smell very good.”
