“This country estate lived up to the photos, and then some. It's on a large piece of property at the end of a long driveway, and feels very secluded. The drive into town was very quick, about 5 minutes as advertised. The house and grounds are very well cared for. There are several huge hydrangea bushes on the property that were in full bloom when we were there (mid-July) that we enjoyed a lot. The three bedrooms were ample for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed.”

“We loved staying at the cottage it was so lovely and peaceful. Everything has been thought of and a lovely welcome basket was most appreciated. The outlook on to mountains made for a very calm setting after a day out exploring. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“House is a short drive to Killarney National Park, and in a rural area. There’s a small convenience store right next door, owned by the home owner. The owner, himself, is very welcoming. If we are ever to travel to the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

“This house was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Loved the location……a very quiet neighborhood yet only a 10 minute walk from Killorglin town where you’ll find a wide variety of shops, pubs & restaurants to choose from. “The cottage is lovely and everything we hoped for when booking a thatched roof cottage. We enjoyed listening to the stream that runs through the backyard and how cozy and homey the cottage felt. The only negative about our stay was that it was too short.”
