“The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. “This condo has the best beach view of any condo I have ever seen anywhere. You can see the beach from the kitchen. If it’s cold you can sit by the windows and enjoy the beach just like you are on the balcony. Imagine 2 perfect lounge chairs on the balcony so you can relax and just enjoy the ocean. The ad doesn’t mention but you also have another balcony with a sound view. Did you forget some items? Don’t worry this owner has you covered. I have never stayed at a condo where so many...

“Because we normally bring both sides of our family down, we normally get a much larger home (last was 13K SF and 22 BRs). This trip was just for the two of us, and we couldn't be happier. Very clean and comfortable with an awesome view. Well stocked and we had a very relaxing no-stress break. Host kept us informed with a lot of tips and his staff promptly answered our call for a question we had. We had a VERY enjoyable stay. Will look to come back.”
