“Unfortunately not what we expected... A romantic, relaxing stay in castle like surrounding turned out to be a family hotel with lots of children in restaurant, and pool area. Spa was strangely arranged where you changed in locker rooms outside. Beautiful place, but select target group of guests..don't try to do all! Such s shame, awesome location to nearby towns and charming surfoundings. Rooms are large, bed not so comfy. Breakfast was a bit of madness...:( Quite dissappointed...

“My first impression upon meeting Mark and Wendy, and receiving their orientation to this beautiful accommodation, was “professional.”Immaculately clean. Attention to details. Thoughtful personal touches. They know how to please and how to impress. I highly recommend their place. The only reason I gave the location four stars is that for someone “directionally challenged” like me, it was not easy to find as I would have liked, just like every place in Ireland. ”

Left stranded the night of our stay, had to find and pay for alternative lodging at 6pm. Wasted s dayof our vacation. Still no resolution/refund. ”

“We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area is stunning and the cottage was a great base to explore all of this.
