“It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. The building was very quiet...

“We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. “Beautiful little condo tucked up in the Smokey Mountains! Well equipped and even had Kcups for coffee in the morning. Breathtaking views from the balcony and grounds. Perfect space for my husband and myself. The road up there was entertaining too - trust your navigation system! Easy access to the national park. We would definitely recommend this unit and would love to stay again.”

“The property was very quiet and peaceful. The only issues we noticed were that the coffee pot was FILTHY. We had to run 4 pots of water to get it clean of the grime and when we wiped it down it was awful. The hot water for the shower was GONE WITHIN 10 minutes. Other than those things, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the owners were very nice as well.”

“The location is perfect, the apartment was immaculately clean and decorated nicely, the first floor was great with our dog, and it was well stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. The property was beautiful and very clean as well. The only issues we really had were that the bathroom vanities are pretty small, which is no big deal. We made it work. The biggest problem we had was the noise upstairs. There isn’t much the rental agency could really do about it, but it’s bad....

“Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!”

"Super nice place to stay. I only stayed one night but could without a doubt have stayed longer. Worth the price and more. Really clean and well kept, a newly renovated. Breakfast was typical American hotel breakfast. Only trouble I had was the neighbor in the connected room who watched and laughed at the TV all night. Would absolutely recommend. "
