“Great customer service/support. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it’s very cozy, they provide everything you need, the cabin is modern and updated and also off the beaten path but only 10minutes from pigeon forge downtown. You can door dash to the cabin and enjoy a movie or head out very easily and be downtown within minutes. ”

“The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.”

“We stay here whenever we can when we go to Knoxville. The loft is very comfortable, and convenient for walking to Market Square and Old Town. It would be a long walk to campus so we drive there or take an Uber. It’s easy to check in and out of the loft and the owners are very responsive and nice.”

“Convenient and clean. Parking is a little confusing but can be free if you use the day lot and then move it at 8pm to street and then back to free lot by 8am. Host was very kind and helped with a last minute emergency check in. Blueberry muffins were a nice touch. ”

“We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end....

“Amazing space in a great location. The condo is immaculate and the communication from the host was spot on. The only knock would be that it tends to get a bit noisy from the train that runs behind the unit.”
