“Spacious condo and convenient location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Only minor downside was that the kitchen counters needed scrubbiing (appliances were clean) and place could use a good dusting but otherwise was clean. ”

“Both units were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, very close to Gatlinburg, which is convenient. The waterpark was fantastic for the kids. The only complaints I have is they did try to get me to do a tour of the property for a timeshare. I did refuse and they didn’t like that. Also, the cable was very in and out.”

“Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time...
