“We booked this property in July for travel overseas over Christmas and New Year’s, and the confirmation email at the time of payment was from VRBO, but upon arrival, we had no access information. We messaged the host through VRBO with no response and tried to call directly, but the call did not connect, likely due to being overseas. VRBO support was also unable to reach the host and instructed us to secure alternative accommodations immediately, which we did. The access information was...

“It was a beautiful traditional home. Great living spaces and a nice garden. Close to a beautiful beach. There were twi full beds, additional futons, and even a projector with a screen. I would highly recommend this property. ”
