Spacious, fully furnished and equipped RV, with all amenities. Central air / heat, kitchen/stove/refrigerator/microwave. Queen bed, convertible couch. WiFi, Amazon Prime TV/DVD, full laundry, parking. No smoking please. 7 mi from NSWC Naval Base, 30 min from Fredericksburg. Very clean, sunny, everything in excellent shape.
If you are passing by or working at the nearby Navy Base or other businesses, this is a more comfortable and less expensive alternative to an hotel. Welcome, and enjoy your stay!

Alexander was an excellent host. The location was convenient to the military base, and it was very quiet. The camper was very comfortable, and our host had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place and our lovely host. We definitely will be back.

This was such a great idea! I wish more people would allow others to enjoy their RV all over this beautiful country! We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and fun of having our own little private residence in this beautiful area of Virginia.
