“After looking at hotels for our trip I decided to check out VRBO and found this great property instead. For basically the same amount of money we instead rented this 4 bedroom house. It was very clean and spacious and had a great roof top patio with a view of the city. The house was in a great location with a short drive to the stadium. Our host Gladys was very easy to contact and had great communication. I would highly recommend this property!”

“We loved everything about this property. The pictures accurately depict the property. The garden which is available for guests to sit in is gorgeous! The place was very clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed for cooking. The beds are quite comfortable. Best of all, the location of the property is very quiet (this is hard to find in Philly). We didn't hear traffic or siren noises at all. If you want a great night's sleep, this is a perfect place.”

“I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“We stayed at Amanda's place for a long weekend. Amanda was very quick and helpful in response to any questions I had. Home was as pictured in the listing. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. The outside area was especially nice and we enjoyed hanging out there quite a bit. Great restaurants all a short walk away. We were able to find parking right in front of the door too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Just a note as I can't remember if it was mentioned in the listing, the staircase is steep...

“Stayed here for a golf trip for my father’s birthday. Perfect location in relation to the course and easy walk to downtown Phoenixville. House was in excellent condition and the stay was very comfortable. ”
