“First the good news - and its almost all good. Communication with the host was excellent. The property was clean and orderly. The sofa bed in the living room was a quality item. The location of this cabin just can't be beat, especially for the price. Less than stellar: There is no oven underneath the stovetop. Propane grill works great. Not far from sequoia national park entrance but it takes over 40 mins to the popular sites in the park. So If it is for visiting sequoia NP, it will be better to stay inside the park, to avoid driving back and forth along the winding mountain road.”

“May 2026. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and functional, but not elegant. More like a Best Western than a Hyatt. Minus one star for the location. A little too remote for us, but it might be perfect for you. No gas stations, grocery stores, or restaurants in the area. 30 minute drive to the national park entrance. Twisty windy roads. WiFi was 220 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. Possible suggestions: some sort of sign at the turn-off from the road, extra trash bags, clean up the yard.”

“This was the worst property that I stayed at in Three Rivers. I was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. The owner acknowledged that the property was not clean. But then also had a reason for everything every pic I sent of things not properly being cleaned. In the end cleanliness was 100% my issue compared to what I paid. I should not have to leave the property so you can clean it when you CHARGE a cleaning fee. I would never stay here again and would never...
